We ordered the jambalaya and it was not so great. It tasted more like chilli, the clam chowder was lacking clams, and was a bit bland, the only thing we liked was the calamari. Not worth the stop.
The service was good, they checked on us twice during our visit, but really the food needs to improve.

I ordered ahi tuna, didn’t taste tuna, because tuna was soaked in soy sauce for a few days. Fish and chips wasn’t tasty. Yhere was a lot of trash on the floor inside.

We came in for drinks which were amazing!! Pretty cheap as well, and such a large selection. I think the actual building and vibe is just kind of funny, but we sat outside and it was nice. Will definitely come back for drinks, and there were some things on the menu we would like to try… but for now I cannot speak on the food besides that it looked pretty good, but seems a bit pricy.

This restaurant was excellent. It is clean and bright. The service was excellent and friendly. . We were seated immediately by the co-owner Tuya , who was also our waitress. My wife and I shared a seafood CIOPPINO bowl and a calamari appetizer. Both were delicious and a substantial amount of food. We will be back.

I had heard they had the best fish, finally went and tried it today. ? Omg! The BEST fish n chips I've ever had. The batter was firm and crispy, and the fish was so fresh! Chips were thick n crispy too. Had delicious key lime pie for dessert? I'm local and have tried all these restaurants, I can't believe I haven't stopped in flying fish until today. I also heard the tacos were bomb! I'll be back as a regular for sure. Btw. Nice bar there too. ? *And friendly staff!

Hands down the best fish and chips ever! My wife and I are both coastside locals and have eaten at every restaurant on the San Mateo Coastside. These are not only the best on the coast, but the best we've ever had. Until eating here we thought the best were up in Alaska. Their coleslaw is all homemade and is also the best we've had. The owner and the staff are also very friendly!
