We have been to La Costanera many times. This was the first time we went for Saturday brunch. This crab omelet was amazing. The servers are always warm and welcoming. We will be back.

Food was delicious as always. Value is mid, worth it for special occasions, too high for just a dinner out.

We have been long time customers of La Costanera and had our wedding reception there. We have been big fans and are sad to report that the quality of the experience has declined. We booked date night and wanted to have an intimate table to connect. The hostess would not seat us at certain tables saying they were for larger groups and eventually acquiesced. As the evening went on, we saw them sit other couples at those tables and not larger groups. This left us not feeling valued and questioning if we should return. Additionally, our waitress was fine, but was serving several tables and not always there when we had wanted to order additional drinks and food. We ended up cutting date night short and waited for the check to get out. There are other restaurants in town at a similar price point that offer superior service. For the price we paid, we deserved better and it is disappointing to see the quality of La Costanera not being where it has been in the past.

A great lunch and great service. The location, near the marina, is great, and the weather cooperated.

To start things off which maybe is not their fault, but their entire upstairs was closed due to "technical" issues. Once seated, our waiter took our drink orders and we had to remind him twice to bring them out. We ordered Cebiche Nikkei (Sushi grade Ahi tuna with Nikkei leche de tigre) and Pulpo a la Parilla (grilled octopus) for starters. I didn't realize this until looking at the menu after we got home that they brought out Tuna Tartare instead of the Cebiche. The grilled octopus was the best course of the meal. For our main course we got Churrasco (Grass-fed Creekstone Black Angus 16 oz steak) and Lomo Saltado (Stir-fried beef tenderloin). Both were fine, but not for the price we paying. Between courses, the wait staff replaced our silverware, but didn't clean off the table. Overall, do not go to this restaurant expecting high-end service, high-end food quality to go with the high-end prices.

Food was great and fresh, small hiccup on our desert order but server comped and fixed the issue very professionally. Would come back!

It was 5 of us for dinner. The restaurant had a complimentary pisco tasting. It was a nice way to start our dinner. We ordered apps and small plates and shared everything. The food and ambiance were great. Our waiter was very professional and knowledgeable. He delivered. Looking forward to my next gathering at La Costanera.

Waiter would not shut up. We wanted dinner conversation amongst ourselves, not with the wait staff. Take our orders and go away! Room too hot. Way too hot.

It was a wine dinner. Good food, especially the short ribs, but the noise level did not allow even those of us with good hearing to hear what the wine people were saying.

Always excellent food, creative and absolutely delicious. Our server Veronica was attentive and absolutely on top of it. My husband and I had a delightful meal.

Magical experience. The cuisine was fresh, flavorful, and beautiful in presentation. My partner and I enjoyed the drinks and couldn't be happier with the amount of love that goes into the service. Everyone was very kind, accommodating, and professional. You can really tell how much the staff enjoy doing what they do. I will most definitely be back!

Great spot with fresh seafood and a unique vibe!
Harbor Bar in Half Moon Bay is a hidden gem. The indoor design is really unique—cozy, creative, and full of character, which gives the place a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

I ordered a salad, and the portion was generous and fresh. The seafood was the real standout—super fresh and clearly high quality. Everything tasted like it came straight from the ocean.

The service was also great. Our server was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. If you’re in the area and looking for a place with great food, friendly vibes, and a cool setting, Harbor Bar is definitely worth checking out.
