Dinner was amazing (Cowboy cut Rib Eye steak and the short-braised ribs over polenta), and the ambiance is very nice. The service was very good. We were very happy overall and plan to be back!

I enjoyed the birthday celebration at this restaurant. They even comped a free, cherry vanilla sundae for the birthday girl. The food was good. The prawns were good and the salmon was good. The salmon came on a bed of garbanzo beans, which was OK but how many garbanzo beans can you eat?  The service was excellent even down to the bus boys

Such a great gem of a restaurant here in Half Moon Bay! Friendly staff, excellent food and wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our starters of the beet salad, roasted Brussels sprouts, and fried calamari, followed by the lemon caper salmon, paella (one of the best we've ever had), minestrone, and chicken Marsala. The affogato and berry dessert were perfect endings to a perfect meal.

The atmosphere is lovely and it's located downtown Half Moon Bay. Overall a delicious dinner. The focaccia bread was amazing as was the Bolognese. The Burrata with tomatoes was overwhelmed with balsamic, so that was the only disappointment. Good wine menu too. We would eat there again.

We love this restaurant, it is our go to date night spot. The food is consistently delicious and the staff are friendly professional. Don't be afraid to sit outside, the enclosed courtyard has an Italian ambiance, in wall fireplaces, portable space heaters and an awning in case it's foggy.

Its Italia in Half Moon Bay is a charming and stylish restaurant with a warm inviting atmosphere. The food is delicious with rich flavors and generous portions and the menu offers plenty of good choices. The outdoor seating area feels especially cozy and the service is attentive and friendly. It is a perfect place for a relaxed lunch or dinner in the heart of town and the overall experience is always enjoyable.
The food and service are amazing. My wife had the pesto dish (delicious). I had the carbonara which is the best Ive had outside of Rome.

We've never had a bad meal at It's Italia! We got together for a birthday dinner last night and had such a great time. Suzanne (I hope I got her name right) was wonderful — funny, friendly, and so welcoming. I honestly wish she could've joined our table for dinner, that's how awesome she is! We'll definitely be back soon. If you visit It's Italia, I recommend arriving about 45 minutes early to explore the great shops nearby — it really adds to the experience!

The restaurant atmosphere is exquisite. Elegant authentic Italian. One of the many. reasons we love it. Filet was EXCELLENT, chicken parm was good. Would like a wider variety of veggies offered. Cocktail and wine were good but all is on the pricey side. But a great place to celebrate a special occasion.

We had a wonderful lunch at It's Italia on Halloween. We had a table in the front window so we could watch all the kids In costume Trick or Treating!! Our food was amazing. We had the clam and mussel appetizer to start. I had the fall salad with butternut squash and prawns added....it was delicious. My husband ordered the gnocchi and at our waiter's suggestion added pancetta to the dish and it was one of the best dishes I ever tasted!!! You have to try it!! The cocktails and wine were also quite good and we ended our meal by sharing the house made key lime pie and it was just perfect. We continue to enjoy It's Italia year after year!!!!
