Most consistent restaurant ever. I prefer to drive over the hill and go to Jersey Joe's Coastside, they are the guys who never changed and always kept low prices and the same variety the menu was always known for. Unless you live in San Carlos, there is absolutely no reason to not drive the extra 10 minutes to the original location. You order at the counter and seat yourself. The menu has a lot of options. I always like when there’s photos of the food to help me choose which is why I post reviews/photos especially for spots that have me checking online when their menus don’t have them.
$20 for this sandwich seemed a little much but I didn’t realize how big it would be. It lasted me for 3 meals!
Next time I’m in the area I will come back.

Good cheesesteaks. Yup, that's all I really have to say. We've been missing Jersey Joe's ever since the one close to us closed down, so this was pretty nostalgic. You definitely get what you pay for. One of my family members complained that their sandwich wasn't salty enough and had to add some salt, but mine tasted fine. Very filling lunch after a poor breakfast. Overall, 4/5.
