It is a great place with beautiful scene, food was very good but certainly pricey. The wine pairing was excellent. It would be great if the setup could be improved with a live piano player to accompany the already great atmosphere and service.

We did the 7 course tasting menu and every course we had was great! We would go back again when we return to Half Moon Bay

View was fantastic however the food is not worth the value of the price that is being charged.

Had the best birthday celebration at Navio. It was all of our favorite meal of the year so far. I love that they don't do a buffet but that they serve you the many different dishes. Great to come here with 4 or more people so that you can enjoy many of the dishes. The best was the food, but also the service from Jeff and Sonia and the other servers working our table that day. We felt so special dining at Navio. Also the view from this dining room is spectacular. What a treat!

Brunch was an incredible experience. We're already talking about the next occasion we'd like to celebrate there. Thank you everyone for a wonderful time.

Navio was always the "Best brunch in the Bay". For years it was the go-to place to show off this endless array of delicious items, overwhelming options, and exceptional treats. They have reset the brunch to be an "order as you go" affair with still the ability to reorder 'endlessly' from the list of options. But they have carefully crafted the experience. You can only order 2 items at a time. You must wait for your server to come back thereby delaying the ability to order rapidly. You have 90 mins to order savory food and then receive a fixed dessert tray with no options/choices. Gone are the days of custom bananas foster or fresh crepes made a la minute at the dessert bar. No more endless lobster claws or caviar helpings. And still the $200 per person price tag. It's clearly a new option weighted in favor of the bottom-line than the consumer indulgence. It's a sad change as no longer does it feel like the extravagant affair - it now feels like a less friendly prix fixe option that is way overpriced for the food you get. And you can tell - it used to be weeks of waiting for a reservation - we booked for 5 people just days in advance. It is clearly no longer the magic of what it was. Pity.

Food was creative, delicious and unique. Jeff was amazing server and Billy made amazing cocktails. Great dinner. Definitely eat here

The food was fabulous. Our waiter was great. The cocktail was so good. All of the wine was way over priced. Great choices but ridiculously priced.

It was the best dining experience of my life. From the food to the vibe and service, the coastal vistas, hotel, and atmosphere were all fantastic. 👏

Love the brunch format a fine dining all you can eat brought to your table in a wonderful setting, and pacific ocean views A bit pricey per.person and wish they would validate the valet parking but oh well...it is for special occasions after all

They had a lot more selection in the past. Like everyone else, it seems they are trying to save money and eliminated some items. The best items were the scallops, lamb, beef dishes and lobster roll. We ordered these dishes twice. My party also like the waffle, egg benedicts , shrimp and caviar sampler. The cheese sampler was just o.k. We did not try the salad, pancakes or soup which sounded very basic and we didn't want to waste our time on it. What we did not like was the Truffle Pasta dish which in pictures looked like you had shaves of truffles on top. You barely gotten sprinkles of it so you could not taste it at all. The worse was the desserts. For the amount of money you put into this meal I would be expecting the best. Instead you got forgettable tasteless desserts What we also did not like was that we were allowed only 2 dishes per order. If the turnover was quicker, that would be fine but you only get 90 minutes to eat. (30 minutes for dessert at the end). The first 30 minutes was spent waiting to be seated and then things explained and then the first order of plates to be delivered. Our party doesn't eat much so we were full but for others, it might have been a problem. I don't regret coming here but would not be going back a second time. It is a good to experience the beauty of the area and the couple of dishes that was really good but there was enough issues to not warrant going back again which is unfortunate.

Very expensive and just ok honestly. No ala Cart items if you just want a steak etc. the desert was pretty bad.

Worth the price tag. This is a great place for special occasions with loved ones. The service was always on top of our needs and the food was excellent. Not to mention that the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay is worth a visit on its own. I would definitely come back.

We had an exceptional dining experience featuring their seven course signature menu with wine pairings. Everything about our evening was stunning! Our server Cruz was very attentive and added a lot of insight into each dish. Zack and Marco presented a wonderful selection of wines from California, France, Spain, and Italy. We are so glad we did this!! Thank you!!

The food and service were excellent. The 7 course tasting menu was one of the best we ever had. Tom took great care of the food service, and Zack's wine picks hit the spot. Highly recommend.
