Not a good place for service when with your dog. Don’t get me wrong; there are lots of dogs here outside and a seating space outside. This was my go to brewery when in Half Moon Bay. Which is why I was so disappointed when I went there on my own with my dog. I was told before even entering(using back door for bathroom) that I couldn’t have a non service dog inside due to food service. Lots of restaurants allow dogs, so I don’t understand and I wasn’t going to be in there aside from a moment to place my order and go outside. I was also told I couldn’t order a beer from outside the restaurant although they have seating. This is the big problem. I was alone, so how am I supposed to order a beer? Ok… so you don’t want my business, then?If it weren’t for the kind patrons who offered to hold my dog, I would’ve been turned away. The second beer I went for, I figured no line so I will be in and out briefly with my dog. I placed my order and while they were pouring and I’m about to pay, two separate people jumped out of their seat to tell me my dog couldn’t be inside and I had to leave or tie him outside. It was not even a minute before I could pay and leave, no exaggeration. I must say, I felt very unwelcome here with my pet, because they made it clear to me I was unwelcome with my pet. I will think twice before giving them my business because of how hostile their behavior felt.

Interesting selection of beers, including a changing range brewed on the premises. Decent selection of bar foods, nice atmosphere and welcoming host.

Me and wife both got the burger and we were disappointed on the quality and taste. The burger comes on English muffin (which granted I am not a big fan of English of muffin) and it is not a great fit for a burger. We didn't try the beers so I cannot speak for that but the hamburger was just a disappointment. Also kinda of expensive, $13 plus $2 cheese for burger on a English muffin it does feel expensive considering the meat was not the best and the English muffin seems the one you buy at a grocery store. Service was good and fast, and we liked the atmosphere but the burger was just a disappointment. Maybe a great for beer but definitely not a great place for burgers.

We were in the area for a hike, felt peckish after, and found Sacrilege. Things we liked: --Quiet ambiance on a Sunday afternoon (we won't even go close to a place blasting music) --Outdoor seating --Good service --Great food (fries just the way I like 'em and rarely find...on the thin side, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside; fish tacos, pulled pork) Things we didn't like: We liked everything and will be back at the first opportunity!

My wife and I came here to watch the 49ers game. We didn't sample much of the Sacrilege beers but they had Pliny on tap which is hard to turn down. We ordered the Nachos with Brisket and subbed tater tots. It was absolutely delicious. The meat was great and the tots were a good fit. We really appreciate the efforts of the staff to make us feel welcome and will definitely go back.

The best food , the service is excellent, and the ambiance is cool. I like their cider selections.

Had a wonderful time! We got a few beers and food. Mac & cheese with chili 5/5 and clam chowder 5/5. Will be coming back!

A great little place for locals. Are there better brewery/tap rooms? Sure. Any better in HMB? NOPE! Come feel at home and have a few top notch pints!

Wanted to check this place out for a long time but did not go downtown Half Moon Bay. Is on the main street in a craftsman style home w tables outside, on the porch and inside. A ton of beer brew choices and food as well . You can watch the games on big TV . Service was fast and prices well balanced.

Panko Artichoke hearts are delicious. Very generous serving of the Mac & Cheese. Tasty too. Enough to share. The pulled chicken or pulled Pork sandwiches are overpriced for what you get, in my opinion.

We came in on a Friday, not very busy, and did not get great service. We planned on sitting outside and came in with our ESA dog (in a carrying bag). Before even saying hello, the man at the counter told us no dogs. We ordered fish tacos and wings. The tacos I do NOT recommend, wings were nice. The beers we got were good, but the staff was not warm or welcoming the entire time. I would recommend going for beer, the drinks we got were great. However, do not go for food or expecting good service. Disappointed ):
