I've been coming to Straw Hat Pizza for years and love the fact that we have one nearby. They're know n for their classic light California crust and fresh ingredients. You'll find specialty, deep dish, sandwiches and wings that are good as well but I prefer the original recipe. If you like a classic California pizza, this is the place and they deliver.

Best pizza in town! Personable, friendly staff. The Family owned and run make you feel like family. So many other fantastic options on the menu other than pizza. Grab a bite and catch a game after a day on the coast!

Very good pizza and wings customers were polite and very nice and loved the looks of the
Straw Hat was the perfect choice after a day at the beach. I absolutely adore this place, especially the incredible pizza they serve. One thing that really impresses me is how they handle phone orders. It's quite refreshing to call them up and inquire if we can drop by in twenty minutes to pick up a small veggie pizza. 5/5!

The pizza was ok the habanero wings are super good I would go back for the wings and would like to try the sandwhiches but the pizza crust and dough was so flaky. No flavor on the pizza. And they have no arcade. Service was good. Place was pretty clean as well.

It's was okay. We stopped for lunch on a Sunday. Wasn't very busy at all. Cold in the restaurant. We shared a pizza. Not much special to report. It was okay at best. Crispy on top, the sausage was very strong flavor. Service was ok. They drop your pizza off when it's done. There were some okay decorations around. Only 1 tv on. Game room wasn't on. Business seemed slow. We will look for other places when we are in the area.

Haven't been to a Straw Hat Pizza in over 10 years.Stopped here after a photoshoot because traffic was backed up on the 92 due to an accident.I told the cashier this and they were kind enough to come let me know traffic cleared up once they had gotten the word.Small town vibes, and I loved it.Everything went fine and the establishment was clean.The only thing was they got me with the front door that says Push, but really you had to Pull ? or vice versa. Took me a minute to realize and it gave me a good laugh.The small pepperoni pizza was really good too! Enough for leftovers.

The food was very tasty, and the staff was very polite, attentive, and very friendly. The prices were a little high, but nothing unforgivable.The problem was the obvious lack of maintenance:The decorations on the walls are very dirtyThe arcade area is now storage.The bathrooms are in need of repairs.The large freezer is clearly leaking.The outside patio is hosting someone's decaying workout device.Even the shop van seems to be the perfect symbol of this restaurant's current condition. The logo seems to be painted with something like house paint, and in desperate need of repair.The location owner really needs to step up and provide this location with the help it needs. The food is good, and the staff is great. But it's obvious who isn't pulling their weight .
