Terribly rude bartender insulted me repeatedly in front of my family. I avoided stooping down to his level, but I will never visit their horrible business ever again.

The food was excellent, and our waiter provided great service! However, the experience with the hostess was disappointing. I had made a reservation in advance and mentioned that I’d like to sit in the area designated for hotel guests (as I was staying at the hotel). Without even asking if I was a guest, she immediately dismissed the request, stating that it was reserved for hotel guests only. When I clarified that I was a hotel guest, she didn’t acknowledge it and simply led me to a table without any further interaction. This lack of courtesy and attentiveness is not what I’d expect from a hotel of this caliber.

Beautiful views BUT… I recommend just enjoying the views without ordering anything, unless you want to be stuck there waiting for hours. Waited 25min to be seated even though half the tables were empty. Then ordered a beer and two hot chocolates. after 15min waiter comes back with a beer only saying it will take 25min to make the two chocolates..?!.. not sure why she didn’t mention that at the time of ordering but sounds like waiting tables 101. Had plans for the day so had to leave with one beer for 3 after spending 1h there. Would not recommend

They will refuse to serve you if you are Asian with a kid for some reason. The waitress was gave us the 30min wait time despite the place is half empty

Worst service on the planet. They don’t care about the guest.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant, with outstanding service and delicious food. The highlight was definitely the Wagyu burger—it was simply amazing! The flavors were incredible and it’s a must-try for anyone visiting.

The staff were very friendly and courteous, making us feel welcome throughout our meal. Plus, the location is fantastic, situated right next to a beautiful golf course and water, adding to the overall charm of the place. I highly recommend this spot for a wonderful dining experience!

Beautiful views, but the service level is painfully below expectations it was shocking. We arrived at 5pm on a Saturday evening - staff were scarce & those who were there couldn’t be bothered. Honestly, don’t waste your time.

Tried King Salmon Poke Bowl, which was delicious but the portion was too small. Dungeness Crab & Artichoke Dip coming with chips were amazing. The table was only for the hotel room guest so we had to sit on the bar even though we played golf there.
