Service was not very good, our waiter did not check on us very often. Food was just okay, expected better for the price. View was beautiful.
We always enjoy our time at Ocean Terrance and the HMB Ritz. Such a wonderful, welcoming environment each time we visit.
This was a beautiful location overlooking the Pacific. The food was lovely. Service was excellent. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful timerful lunch. The oysters, chips and guac, and lobster roll were delicious. We will be back!
the biggest waste of money. Food was pathetic, service was mid. Fast food, has better quality. Disappointing considering the fact that there's a 100x markup on these food items. Restaurant capitalizes on the fact that this area is catered to the wealthy and probably won't care about how terrible of a value the food is anyways. Everything about this experience was terrible. Went here for the view, but you can't even enjoy it anyways because there's tourist literally blocking and taking pictures the whole entire time.
Good food, great ambience. A bit overpriced for light plates, but worth it. Very accommodating, and nice staff. Definitely, recommend after beach outing, or for light meal if you stay in the hotel.
Great service, great location, and great food. It is expensive and must valet park your vehicle.
The starters were delicious but mains were not the best i've ever had, specially for those prices. We had the pretzel, oysters and crab and artichoke dip for starters and vegan burger, lobster roll and chicken tacos for mains. We had the coffee mousse for dessert and it was amazing!
Everything was great, but it was expensive. Still a very positive experience, and I'd recommend if budget/cost is not a major concern.
Went for a girls luncheon sat out on the terrace. The food was great. Our server was outstanding. It was a really great day just for girls.

The food is pricey but we were surprised by the large portions. Ordered the Dungeness crab and artichoke dip and the lobster roll for 2 people. Everything was wonderful. The view and atmosphere were a 10/10, such a vibe.
Danielle, Mikaela, and the other staff were so welcoming, in a warm but casual way.
We drove almost an hour to Half Moon Bay for a Ritz Carlton brunch experience, and stopped first for some coffee at Ocean Terrace (because Navio would not seat us 10 minutes early for our reservation). We scanned the Ocean Terrace menu before heading up to all you can eat brunch at Navio upstairs. When we found out from our excellent server Pedro that Navio no longer served oysters, we saved a little room in our stomachs and came back down to Ocean Terrace for a a round of oysters. Ocean Terrace has a compact menu, but it's stocked with things you want like clam chowder (Navio only had bean soup) and oysters on the half shell.
That day they had one type of Kumamoto and two types of Miyagi oysters, two of my favorites !!
We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit, watching the waves crashing, and observed golfers on the 18th hole. The service was excellent and the food and drink was great. We shared some champagne, clam chowder, and the Wagyu burger. Delicious!
It was freezing cold no outside space heaters. The food was below average and service was very slow!!
A very disappointed experience at the Ritz. Definitely not the same experience I have had in the past. Quality of food for the price was not great. 1 server for a an entire outdoor area, no heaters were even available for any guest. It took a while for not only the food but also beverages. Menu not updated, went to order a beverage and didn't have it. My group were sharing items and serving spoons for the dishes were not offer, pre bussing not done as well. Not 5 star service.
