I am a foodie visiting Hanford from San Diego. I was very skeptical about this restaurant, however, I really wanted Mexican food and El Tarasco was one of the fiew open (outdoor dining tables). I was shocked with the quality I received. The chile rellenos are EXCELLENT (my benchmark----a fresh grilled pepper, high quality cheese, and not at all greasy).
