Always in any crazy chicken that you go to something they don't put your order in you always have a bad time and if you don't pay attention it's worth it, never and I can say that they never give the orders right and now with their ordering machines they still give you the wrong ones Orders not as you ask there, bad service and in all of them it is the same, they always make mistakes, it is already part of all the crazy chickens, every day it is worse and drier, the chicken I do not recommend it

Drive through experience:I got 2 avocado chicken bowls and sadly they add 6 pieces of chicken bites. I've been here before and throughout the times they always messing up the order and/or incomplete orders. I come back bc it's so close to my house, but I now rather drive further out so I dont need to come back when they forget something. Definitely last time I come to this location.
They get the order right and cook the chicken right 99.9% of the time. Can’t ask for better than that!Parking: If you go at the very busiest times, you might have a bit of a challenge to find parking, but you can always park on the street for free.

I've never been to this location before. I feel like El Pollo Loco does a good job on most of my orders. They rarely let me down. That said, I feel that this location did a great job too. My food was hot and delicious. Having such horrible experiences at other fast food restaurants, it's nice to know that there's a dependable spot still out there. Thanks for the great service!
I always get the same thing, and they get it right 99.9% of the time, so that's great! The employees here have gotten to know me, and when they see my vehicle or hear my voice, they already know my order. They are always kind to me. and my order is always prepared quickly. They do a good job at cooking the chicken, although sometimes the chopped chicken breast can seem a little dry. **But** that is also the nature of chicken breast: it has less fat than the thigh meat, which is what the recipe normally uses. So I usually get extra sauce on the side, and that works great for me. Years ago, they didn't use to cook the broccoli enough at this location, but these days, they seem to get it just right. I love churros, although I wouldn't call myself a churro connoisseur. I don't know what the criteria are for "the perfect churro," but, unfortunately, I don't think EPL as a whole does, either. The churros are acceptable in a a "sweet tooth emergency," but I feel they're lacking something. Here is a quote from the Interwebs: " A good churro should be light and pillowy inside and crunchy on the outside. If the oil is too hot, the churros will immediately puff up too much, cook only on the outside, leaving the insides raw and doughy. If it's not hot enough, they'll take forever to cook and harden as they cool.Feb 11, 2021 So it sounds like the oil at all El Pollo Loco is not hot enough to correctly cook the churros, if the above quote is to be believed, because they have never been "light and pillowy on the inside" at ANY epl location. In fact, this location does a better job of approaching the above criteria than any other location of El Pollo Loco that I've been to. The churros at all the other El Pollo Loco are just hard. But that's kind of nit-picking. I don't go there for the churros. I love the chicken!!!

El Pollo Loco definitely had fallen from grace. I've ordered so many time from this location and usually the chicken is roasted well and moist. I ordered a 12 piece family meal and the chicken was ALL DRY. I did not order jerk chicken. I ordered roasted chicken. I tried to leave a comment on app but the app has no way of complaining about the meal. I asked for red spicy sauce and they gave me pick de gallo. I ordered corn and it was nasty and tasted like old corn with melted butter. The only thing good from this $38 meal is the steamed broccoli. I seriously want my money back. Super disappointed. It's chicken. Next time I'll just get it at costco. This place is ridiculous. Just serve chicken moist. Is it that hard? I got a dried out chicken thigh and legs. I can't even chew them because it was literally DRY.

Unfortunately I didn’t take pics but maybe it was because it’s was hungry and it looked so good lol but I came back because I had bad experience in Long Beach and they were unable to provide good quality chicken but I visited this location prior and it was good quality chicken my kids enjoyed so I hope they keep up and keep providing good quality food it make the food more enjoyable

My husband spent close to 60$ and we got double chicken salad bowls that were 90% shredded iceberg lettuce that goes on tacos not lettuce , no cheese and 1/2 cooked chicken , watered down soda I will never ever go to this el pollo lock again . Disgusting waste of money .
