They get the order right and cook the chicken right 99.9% of the time. Can’t ask for better than that!Parking: If you go at the very busiest times, you might have a bit of a challenge to find parking, but you can always park on the street for free.

I've never been to this location before. I feel like El Pollo Loco does a good job on most of my orders. They rarely let me down. That said, I feel that this location did a great job too. My food was hot and delicious. Having such horrible experiences at other fast food restaurants, it's nice to know that there's a dependable spot still out there. Thanks for the great service!

I always get the same thing, and they get it right 99.9% of the time, so that's great! The employees here have gotten to know me, and when they see my vehicle or hear my voice, they already know my order. They are always kind to me. and my order is always prepared quickly.
