El Pollo Loco is a reliable restaurant known for its delicious and hot food. The staff consistently provides excellent service, with orders being accurate nearly every time. The chicken is well-cooked, although the chopped chicken breast can occasionally be slightly dry. This issue can be easily resolved by adding extra sauce on the side. The broccoli is now prepared to perfection, and while the churros are not flawless, they are satisfactory in a "sweet tooth emergency." This location handles the churros better than others. Parking can be challenging during busy periods, but street parking is an option. The owner, Mr. Razipour, and the team at the PCH Torrance location, near the Torrance airport, have received praise for their exceptional service and quality of the guacamole, which customers consider the best in the area. Overall, El Pollo Loco remains a great choice for those who enjoy chicken and consistently reliable service.
