El Pollo Loco is a dependable spot for hot and delicious food. The employees get the orders right 99.9% of the time and are always kind. The chicken is well-cooked, although sometimes the chopped chicken breast can be a little dry. Extra sauce on the side solves that issue. The broccoli is now cooked perfectly, and the churros, while not perfect, are acceptable in a "sweet tooth emergency." The location does a better job with churros than others. The parking can be a challenge during busy times, but street parking is an option. Overall, El Pollo Loco is a great place for those who love chicken and appreciate consistent service.
