Disappointed the Entire party of 6 had to live the restaurant because children were not allowed to use the restroom. El Pollo Locos bathroom is always open for customers while subways is closed for customers. Places are opening up and restrooms should be available for paying customers!
The lovely lady who was working at around 1145am -ish was very nice and polite. We ordered 2 sandwiches and it tasted good and were made correctly with all the ingredients we wanted. Great customer service from her. I wish I knew her name. Thank you.
