I've been going to Pollo Loco 30 years and I was blown away by this location's stellar service. I felt like I was in Disneyland as everyone was warm, friendly, courteous and beyond accommodating. Nancy, Braulio and Nathaly gave incredible service from start to finish and even helped with getting the QR code rewards! The food was excellent ! Way to go PCH and Normandie TEAM! I will return and tell everyone to come here!

This El Pollo Loco site is the best, most specially the guacamole, have tried all the other El Pollo Loco site, but this particular one is the best, we always get our chicken here. Mr Razipour (the owner?)please give a raise to the guy or lady that prepares your guacamole there, he/she is doing an excellent job. Please don’t change the way your guacamole is being prepared,it’s so chunky, the best in the west of USA love it. So sorry I’m talking bout the El Pollo Loco in...

The Chicken hard and Soft Tacos are prity good. But the last time I ordered hard Tacos had grease running from them.the Chicken Wings are ok but very small.Elpole has a meal called Wing lovers.its not on the Menu.you get 4 Wings and 2 sides. It's about $7.The drinks are a little watered down.
