I never write reviews for any restaurants or stores but yesterday I went to this Jersey Mikes around 1.30 PM and I had a terrible experience. At first I asked for the meat in my sandwich to be thinly sliced because they were doing it too thick. The employee said I’d be charged extra meat but that was not what I asked. As well, the employee(an Asian lady) at the slicer was a bit rude and was arguing with the customers on what size sandwich they ordered. The front line was very dirty and the employees would put a mountain of lettuce on the sandwiches. Also, I asked twice for honey mustard on my sandwich but they put regular mustard. Once I went home and bit into my sandwich, I realized they put yellow mustard and it ruined the flavor of the sandwich. When I unwrapped my sandwich I saw it was squished down, it was very unappetizing. I wanted to go return it but I had to pick up my brother from school. Lastly, a visit or two ago I found a hair in my sandwich. I let the employees know and I told them it was the guy that had loose hair reaching his neck there response was while smiling ,” yeah maybe.” An employee working in food should not have loose hair that isn’t covered. This is the last time I go to this Jersey Mikes, I rather go to a different location.

I tried their new chicken salad sandwich. It was probably the best chicken salad sandwich I've ever had. It was made with just the basic ingredients chicken, celery, and mayonnaise which I find delightful. Every other place I've had a chicken salad sandwich they've always made it with odd ingredients. Walnuts, apples which for some people I'm sure it work for them. Not for me. So to find such a great simple basic recipe that Jersey Mike's put together I was very happy. There was plenty of meat and the bread was exceptionally fresh. I pray they keep it on the menu.

The tuna sandwich used to be hefty with tuna. Now it's literally half the amount and yet it's high in price.

As a vegetarian this is a great place to get a delicious sub. The other main sub sandwich place has become very subpar. But Jersey Mike's gives you a sandwich that will satisfy your hunger. I always ask for less Swiss and more provolone and add banana peppers, get mayonnaise on the bread because I don't like the bread to be dry. They do it exactly right and it is absolutely delicious.

The turkey and provolone cheese is the best. Done Mike's way. The meatball sandwich is also very good. A little on the messy side about like a big hamburger would be with lettuce and tomatoes and dressing and all that stuff and try to take a big bite. But love their subs messy or not.
