This is horrible. So many shady staff members that work there and walk around. Too much favoritism. Around 11/12am is when I'm waken up, which I can't go back to sleep since the employees are using the empty room next door to have sex.

Just tried their new crispy spicy chicken sandwich. Bit into it and it was like straight dense rubber like an eraser, you cannot even take a clean bite out of it. Not just that bite, but the whole chicken patty was inedible, I really tried. I also waited five minutes to get it. I also tried calling them at different times to tell them about it, but no one ever picked up.

If could give a 0000 star I will. Got here on my lunch time bought a quarter pounder and what a goat was a cheese burger. This is ripe off. This people don't care about it.

Now The Lobby is Closed??! Do Not Order Delivery. Your food might come with a side of COVID-19. Delivery Drivers are not be able to go in and wash their hands which will most likely help spread COVID-19. How are people suppose to wash their hands before eating to prevent from getting COVID-19??? Covid-19 is now an excuse for Mc Donald's to generate more profit by not having to staff, clean, and maintain the restrooms. If you haven't noticed this Mc Donald's loves COVID-19.

Service is always super fast at this location. I love how it's open 24 hours especially since I always have late night cravings! The people are always very nice through the drive thru.

Not sure what this is on my fish fillet... it's definitely inedible! Gross Wouldn't have bothered with a review but, I got a fish fillet a couple of weeks ago, at this location, and it was burned.

Customer service still junk. Curly haired guy working the cashier window during lunch hour rush today has the customer service skills of a dirt clod. Guess they could care less about maintaining employment during these hard times

Stopped by for the first time since it's the closest 24hr Mcdonald's. Unfortunately even with no one in the drive-thru line it took 10 minutes for us just to pay for our food. Not to mention that we received the wrong drink. I understand it's a new location and people need training but I have never experienced this at a Mcdonald's before. I had to get out of my car to tap on the windows 3 times to remind them that we are here waiting, and once someone from the kitchen saw me (because clearly the music is way too loud) i finally caught someone's attention. I'm fine with whatever you decide to listen to, but if it's distracting you from the job at hand then something needs to be done. I did this three times and no one came to acknowledge that we needed to speak with someone and the final time I got to speak with someone in the kitchen they finally apologized. Perhaps this location should check into their employees because it shouldn't take that long to get 4 cheeseburgers and 2 drinks...The wait plus them giving us the wrong drink along with the lack of response just showed the lack of consideration when it came to our order. No one was at the window when we pulled up to pay and receive our food. Worst experience at a drive through ever. EDIT: just got home and they also messed up our entire food order?! are they TOKING back there??? like what the hell? i know this is mcdonald's but how hard is it to tend to ONE customer with zero customers behind you? EDIT #2: Went back to get a completely new order that was supposed to be correct. They recognized me from my prior call to let them know that even after all of what happened before my order was WRONG and they would make it right. I drove all the way back and even after speaking with the "supervisor" on duty that night, he told me that once again, they had messed up and I was to wait longer for my food. I finally arrived home to see that they messed up my order once again. I called their location to let them know that they messed up not only once, but twice after given specific orders to a T. I was then told that now they are on breakfast hours and my order can no longer be fulfilled until the next day. Clearly these employees do not take their jobs seriously and I would never come to this location. If I could give zero stars I would.

went on their app and ordered it for pick up and then had to drive through their drive-through anyway so I don't see the point to wasting my time doing the order at home. overall unimpressed.

Reading through all the bad reviews about Miriam Rivas and this location I doubt this is going to go anywhere but i thought I'd let you guys know my toddler and I where assaulted by an employee at this location. On March 1st my family and I entered the drive thru and waited about 30minutes to approach the first window. Paid for the 3 ice cream cones we ordered and was advised to wait at the current window to speed things up. Five minutes later the gentleman advised us to move forward to the next window when I was greeted by a lady who attempted 3 times to get the ice cream cones eventually telling us they are out and offered us some apple pies which I declined. Advised me to approach the next window for a refund. I paid with credit card thinking I was getting a voided receipt I quickly snatched what ended up being cash. The man threw the remaining change at myself, car and my toddler while screaming some profanity's. Thankfully no one was injured but my car was dinged. I contacted corporate who forward my information to Miriam Rivas who called me and initially seemed nice but was just uhuh'ing me the whole time promising me it will be handled & she had to rush to a meeting. I offered her footage from my vehicles camera system that shows the whole entire 40minute ordeal but she brushed it off. I waited for 8 days for her promised return call. I finally contacted her and she responded with oh I didn't feel a return call was necessary it was handled internally and I can not discuss what happened. The whole entire time I let her know I did not want anything as far as damages, I just want to feel safe since we go to this location often, but she just ignored me. Here is a clip from the ordeal, you can catch it towards the end youtu.be/IQm-V-B_J6Q Thanks for ignoring customers and allowing employees to assault people Miriam!

The recent redesign orients the operation around the drive-thru. Drive-thru is ths great. Efficient, streamlined, accurate. A good location for drive-thru. Just don't bother inside. Location is designed to get you out quickly. Emphasis on kiosks. No soda machines or water available beyond the counter, and the counter is never really manned. Woe to you if you need anything: a refill, a substitute, or anything else that disrupts the system. And don't even risk ordering dessert. If the machine is down or they're out, they don't offer refunds, but foist upon you a cheaper alternative. I ordered and paid for a $3.19 McFlurry and was given 2 cookies, normally less than a dollar, as a substitute. No change or refund offered. Unless you're using the drive-thru, find a better location.

Taking my car with bad boys for some work so I decided to come down to McDonald's and have some lunch while I study in Reading looks nice after the remodel. I used the kiosk first time enjoy about a parable but my order was simple as copying and it worked great in the size one question the manager to care for me the table and I was going to go

Great location. I went here often before it closed. Sadly this McD's appears to have reopened on the wrong side of the bed. Is it under new ownership or management? Or did they simply hire a whole new group of employees and fail to train them in basic customer relations? Drive-thru employees are rude and act like you're murdering a puppy when you point out something wrong with your order. The general attitude is 'the customer is terrible and we can barely disguise our disdain." I let this slide twice--everyone has a bad night, even two--but the third time was enough to lose my business. My advice is to use the McD's on Venice and Overland or the BK on Jefferson.
