Very rude employees. Agree with other reviews that you are just ignored as a customer. Tried this Subway because I felt sorry for the owner that they put a Jersey Mike's in the same strip mall. I will never eat there again.

Poor Service!! I don’t usually write reviews but today was ridiculous. When did being ungrateful for your patrons become acceptable? A woman with no name tag completely ignoring me and as you can see in the photo no one else was in the store. She finished a customers order before me and then Instead of greeting me and taking my order she started a whole new order. I thought maybe the customer before wasn’t done and walked outside to their car. Turns out, she was doing an online order. Seems out of order that you would take care of an online order BEFORE the 1 customer standing in front of you. Seems out of order to me that the associate wouldn’t even greet their customer, maybe communicate that she had an online order in front of me. Ridiculous! Then 2 associates walk in, Cilia and Hayden (I may be spelling their names wrong but kiddos for having your name tags on), and they were nice, engaging, greeted me with a friendly smile and immediately started my order. I don’t know who the first woman was without the name tag but she’s in this photo. Please coach your associates on proper customer service. If my son had not asked me to purchase a sandwich from subway I would have walked out. When the Jersey Mikes next door opens, watch out because you’re on your way to losing your community’s business!

there's a worker there named nathann . He's very kind , outgoing and he's a very hard worker . I walked in and ordered and he always made sure to double check if that's what I wanted and I reassured him it was . He made my food very well , neatly and how I wanted it . He left his work area very clean and picked up after himself . He made me feel welcomed and greeted me with a positive attitude . Whoever he is , shows great leadership and should definitely be manager or a team lead if he isn't already . I will definitely go back again and hope to run into him . He was even kind and suggested I buy cookies and I totally did . Thank you to whoever hired him!!!

I went into this subway about a half an hour before closing and all of the food was already being put away but they took my order anyway.The employee who helped me was new and had trouble with the avocado but managed to finish my order in a few minutes.The other women working there were somewhat friendly but were trying to finish cleaning up the store and were in a rush to leave.My order was to go and it was fine. Experience was a C+.

One of the best subway sandwiches I've ever had. All the veggies were crunchy and fresh, bread was nicely toasted, and cheeses and meats were fresh and delicious. Nice young man Yahir greeted us kindly and made our sandwiches with precision and care. He was very patient with me changing my mind and all of my request. He did it all with a smile on his face. It's great to see kids who work hard these days and are polite and respectful and efficient. The store was clean and had just been mopped. Will be coming back to this location more often since it's closer and the service was great. Thanks young man!

Good service, speedy sandwiches, plenty of space for parking. They also serve breakfast all day btw for anyone with a craving for late night breakfast subs. Furthermore, something unique about this shop compared to others in the area is they still serve pizzas I believe, so they have mozzarella cheese available too.Parking: Majority of the time, there's an abundance of parking space. Very quiet and peaceful commerical center of sorts, so often plenty of availability.
What happened to this place? Used to be the best Subway in town. Maybe they just treat online orders bad. I ordered several more ingredients. They put less ingredients and my sandwich looked very thin. I mean, starting with the meat it was so little. Few bites of protein... I received so little veggies.... aren't you guys trying to make people eat healthier? I absolutely loved this place before. Their bread was the freshest. What I received recently was so dry and maybe several days old. I will find another subway. I love great Subways. I thought about how great they used to be and I gave an extra star.
