Service can be really slow at times, but the food is decent. Employees seem fairly unconcerned about... anything. My most recent order took a half hour from when I submitted it for "now" to be ready. One meal was perfectly accurate. The other was missing cole slaw, and was dark meat instead of light. They pretty much made the entire thing wrong. I also didn't notice that until I was home, so that was a huge bummer.

Honestly? I think I'm done with this location anyway. It's a mess. Service is slow and wrong. Given the prices, I can get more for less at other places. If I still want Popeyes, I'll drive out of my way to go to another.

When I order and do pick up I go to the store when the app says its ready, but I still have to wait a long time, but I was trying to be patient because I thought at least the food would be fresh, but when I got my wings it was cold and very salty look like they had it sitting for a long time.

I order 1 combo spicy bacon & cheese chicken sandwiche and 1 combo classic bacon & cheese chicken sandwiches ! But I received both sandwich without bacon!???! I took very very long time to order with the staff! I even show her the picture of the sandwich that I screenshot on the website! But I had to repeat my order many times with the staff since she asked me over and over my order …

Store door did not until 10:10 , chicken was not ready and the biscuit was crunchy (old). Very little napkins and no where to wash your hands (no restroom)

Only 2 people working. Over 35 minutes waiting for order.

got there , got stared at by an employee, then waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. and they “don’t” have fries whether or not that was true or they just didn’t want to make them due to it being late i’m not sure

Got $7 large box meal and the food is pathetic. Old chicken ReFried or reheated multiple times particularly for these deal menus. Avoid this location.

Chicken was cold and stale.. No bathroom For the public to wash their hands.. Should be closed by the border health

Parking is inconvenient, they never have full menu after 8 pm.

Parking: Corner lot limited parking and can only go one way when exiting. You would have to drive down to make a u-turn

I was the only customer and had to wait for someone to come out of the kitchen to take my order. Macaroni and cheese was cold and the biscuit was hard. Chicken was decent but not hot. Maybe they were having a bad night. Sweet tea was good 👍.

Walked out nobody taking any orders The staff in the back comes out yes does not say anything to show their care They went in back again so I left horrible service

No problem with the food. But it’s not a “fast”
food any more. It took longer than I thought to get my food. Not sure if I had the wrong expectations.
