One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had.
At Al Watan Restaurant, they served uncooked chicken to my kids. I understand that we arrived about 40 minutes before closing time, but that is never an excuse to serve unsafe or poorly prepared food. Customers should receive the same quality of food regardless of what time they arrive during business hours.
The staff member did try to compensate for the issue, and I appreciate the effort, but serving undercooked chicken especially to children is unacceptable.
The food quality overall was disappointing, and this experience left me extremely frustrated. Based on my visit, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting California.This version is strong, factual, and less likely to be dismissed as an emotional rant.
