Classic American diner in Hawthorne. Came here with a friend on a weekday morning and there was no wait. Free parking available in their lot. We split the breakfast burrito and breakfast chorizo skillet. We got a side of sourdough bread with the skillet and breakfast potatoes with our burrito. Food came out quickly and the waiter was really nice. Plenty of indoor booth seating and the meals were hearty (albeit oily). One of the best breakfast spots in Hawthorne. I would classify Mandy’s as a Country Diner for multiple reasons. It feels like you’re eating in someone’s house vs a 50’s car-centered diner, and I mean that in a positive way.
