I’m not Mexican but I consider myself a foodie4LIFE. I absolutely hate Costco’s churros as they taste like sweet bread with a sprinkle of cinnamon. What I DO love are churros in Mexican churrerias down in Baja, and equally, the churros sold by sweet Mexican ladies off highways in New York City, and other busy American cities. When I’m craving a churro, I’ll even settle for one at Disneyland and shell out the Disney tax to get one. Having said that, this place really didn’t need to do too much since anything freshly made with sugar and cinnamon should be a sure fire hit! Disappointingly, these churros were a combination of the Costco “bread-like” recipe than the ones in Baja or off highways. They were absolutely not a good representation of what a churros’ taste potential is and I hope that the owner refines the recipe and makes it more chewy, and less bready because it’s got potential but if more churrerias pop up, this place will not survive on this taste. Nice vibe and friendly service though, so I’m giving it a 3/5.

I went to get my usual drink which I always ask for less sweet to almost no sweetness. The young girls there both had an attitude and were pretty much arguing with me about how sweet the drink is when I order it all the time and I already know how to order it. Finally, when my order was up they kept yelling the number at the top of their lungs in a very disrespectful way. When I tried the coffee it was super sweet almost intentionally sweet. I told them and they argued with me about it. This is the second time I go there and people just have this horrible customer service attitude. Don’t get me wrong, I love this place but this is how important it is to have good customer service, it can build a business or it can ruin it.

This is one of those hole in the wall gems.Looks small on the outside but cozy inside. They have a backyard patio that's absolutely charming. The churros are made on the spot, so one must wait. Luckily on the day I went it wasn't crowded, but the lady behind the counter was busy with phone orders. But even so, the wait time was quick.Ordered the regular churros, churros with cajeta and the churros bites. For the bites she provided two dipping sauces. Let me tell you about the chocolate one... It was delicious, Abuelita chocolate mousse style, and explosive taste on the buds, hot chocolate will never be the same for me. It was insane ? First time trying Strawberry Horchata, still trying to figure out how I feel about that one. But it was okay.Parking, as far as I know, only two spots in the front and it's for handicap only, very considerate. Street parking.Ooohhh, someone left their hat in the bathroom, but it added to the decor.

The treats are pretty good & the atmosphere is a cool little spot if you want a non starbucks feel, but the coffee has gone down in taste. It's more water down compared to when it opened or even last year when it actually tasted like coffee & not like water down flavored milk.
Been going here since 2020 and there’s hasn’t been a single time I was disappointed or unhappy with the visit. The coffee and churros are always fresh and taste good. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Truly a spot to visit to hangout, take to go, or even do homework.
The woman working the front desk on Saturday morning is extremely rude and condescending.I was going to write a full paragraph about the incident but why even bother.... Seems like a common theme based on previous reviews.Definitely not returning.
