“4+ full disclosure: went here a few years ago and putting this up for posterity reasons. They've been temporarily closed for a while now and not sure if it's going to be permanent, but hoping they reopen soon. Came here with a group of friends and we got some apps to split as well as the sangria. I remember the sangria being tasty and I'm usually not a big Fran of sangria or modified wine drinks in general. The service was friendly and the ambiance felt like a fun cozy little cafe. I ordered the Brazilian Chicken Pot Pie for my main and thought it was great. Overall this restaurant is great and really hoping they make a strong comeback.“
“Had a reservation to celebrate my son's birthday on a Thursday at 6:30pm and it was pretty chill. Right off the bat you walk in and it's a pretty nice and elegant looking place. There is a wall full of wine bottles and another wall next to it full of electric bulbs which is hard to explain but I thought it looked interesting. The salad bar had plenty of options such as different types of green salads, rice, potato salad, veggie medleys, asparagus, beans etc. everything you need as a side for your many meats you will eat. The meats just kept coming one after the other. My fave was the filet mignon, the picanha, and the top sirloin. The meats all come at a certain doneness which is mostly medium rare but you can request for them to bring your fave cut at a different done temp. The service was good and the food delicious. The music was very mellow. It would kind of be nice for them to play something more upbeat but beyond that everything was great.Vegetarian options: Salad bar has an array of salads, mixed veggies, rice and fruit.“
“Steak sandwich is delicious, can’t go wrong with a fried egg on top of the steak. Real mellow, , clean, and friendly staff and owners.Kid-friendliness: Simple kids menu, can’t go wrong with hot dog and fries. There’s also a park right behind the restaurant too“
“Love that this place isn't so large that it's hard to have a conversation. Perfect setting when you're with a group of people. Servers are great at making sure your beverages are full and you're not waiting on food.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator right to the entrance.“

“Best lunch I've had in a long time. I started trying to increase my red meat consumption since learning about all the health benefits. The meal here was great, the service was friendly, the dining room and restroom were clean. My favorite was the lamb. I also got the garlic beef, tri tip, sirloin cap beef, and catfish, which were also really great. I can't wait to come back and try the rest of the meats. Oh and that cheese bread was amazing.“
“Cafe Brasil is one of my favorite restaurants in Los Angeles. The breakfast special has such a variety of food and drink, it’s not to miss! Fresh squeezed passionfruit juice, yeaaaa. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pure Brasil. Lively, colorful, nice natural skylight. Sitting outside on a warm day is great. The choice Brazilian music playing has shown me excellent songs and artists over the years. Shazam them! The people working here are kind and helpful.Cafe Brasil is a breeze of a spot in LA!“
“They have delicious pizza plus a huge menu of other Brazilian snacks and dishes. I don't know how they have time to prepare all of this or how many people come in to eat it all but it's good. We got the corn pizza, steak dinner, arugula salad, beef pastel, pineapple juice, guarana. The servers are kind and friendly.“
“I have been coming here for years and I still think they have the best Açaí bowls in the South Bay! Their smoothies are also spectacular, the Sweet Greens is one of my favorites. I love walking my dog here and it's always an enjoyable experience with a staff that is always friendly and helpful. The pastries sell out quickly, but try them if they are available; they are delicious!“
“Absolutely delicious coffee, Acai bowls and pastries. Haven't even gotten to the pizza yet, but I'm at the Marriott all week - pizza is next. Staff are delightful and engaging. Decor is decent. I'll be recommending it to the conference participants.“
“We try to grab a delicious meal here at least once a month. The picanha is delicious and you will be satisfied with all the other cuts, there is something for everyone, no seafood though. Salad buffet has a great variety and they serve feijoada (black bean stew) daily. The service is superb and I enjoy how the tables are not too close to each other and allows for nice conversations. My son always enjoy the ice cream w chocolate fudge for dessert.“
“Pros: You can shop for goods from Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Central America, and México. The market looks clean. Some cashiers are friendly.Cons: Some cashiers have an attitude, and the meat department has a stong smell.Parking: Limited parking in the front and the street.Wheelchair accessibility: Ailes and entrance are narrow. Proceed with caution.“
“Cleto was wonderful, so helpful and kind. Food was incredible, service fantastic, wine choice perfect and all around a fabulous experience. We will most definitely be back and we're extremely satisfied! Best restaurant in ages. Amaazing all around! Class act. Music was perfect level too. Thank you! Sarah and Bert.“
“I was here a few months ago. We ordered the margarita pizza and the spinach ricotta ravioli. It was really delicious! There was just one staff/owner at the time and they were super warm and even helped us with suggestions. Food was very fresh and delicious!“
“The food was quite good and plentiful. Remember, you're ordering steak so this isn't inexpensive , but it's cheaper than a fancy Brazilian steakhouse When we were there a whole bunch of Brazilians were ordering, so I'm guessing it's authentic We ordered the plates and a Brazilian soft drink. The steak was well cooked, the sides were good and it came with a Small container of salsa as well as a lovely pepper sauce Casual? Oh yes! It's Located in one of the old Weinerschnitelzel buildings with the eating area covered and "fenced " off from the car park , but you are adjacent to a busy road. This is not a romantic dining spot BUT they do bring the food out to you AND the folks who work there are super nice This is definitely worth trying if you've never been“
“Villa Brasil Motel, a botanical oasis in the middle of busy LA . The motel has a colorful courtyard where you can park your car in front of your room. The room has a mini kitchenette with microwave, refrig, sink, and basic table ware. We arrived to find a bowl of apples, bottled water, sodas and chocolates in our room super clean room. We Highly recommend this affordable beautiful little Gem!“
“I came here for the coxinha, which my local Brazilian shop stopped carrying sadly. I wish there was more cream cheese in the center but they made up for it with a lovely chipotle dipping sauce served on the side, and the potato outside was still delightfully doughy. It felt substantial yet reasonable at only $5. I also tried their pao de quejo slider- I think the bread would be best enjoyed on its own rather than as a sandwich. It was very dense and chewy which I loved but with filling it was hard to fit in my mouth. It felt very authentic and the staff all spoke Portuguese. There was parking available in a lot just across the street on the same side for free, and they had a few seats available to fit and enjoy your food. Overall I enjoyed my visit and would come back“
“I have always liked this place in Hermosa. Great food. Not too worried about the prices. But since the rebrand you never know if its open or not. The hours posted are wrong and they arent open for lunch most days. Food is great. Sangria is .“
“1st time to come to this Brazilian restaurant. We went to celebrate a family/friend of mine. When I saw they had plantains I knew the food was gonna be good. Who doesn't love plantains lol. Anyway, I went ahead and got the chicken lemon & garlic plate with my 3 sides order: plantains, mashed potatoes, and beans. I am Salvadorian/Americana so we like to season our beans these beans were good but a little plain with no flavor. But overall the dish was fire ? 10/10 you can taste the chicken lemon/garlic.Totally recommend this places!Parking: It has parking in the back but only for 10 cars. Their is street parking too.“
