This simple humble space makes the most amazing breakfast burrito. I randomly came here craving one and it might be the best one ever. The monster burrito was not greasy and all the ingredients were clean, flavorful and balanced. It also comes w homemade chips and homemade salsa that is just as awesome and fresh as the burrito.

Stop by for a quick bite and left with a great meal. Burritos were good portion and packed with flavor. Always looking for that breakfast burrito and honestly this is it. Definitely recommend.

Based on the reviews, Catrina Mexican Spot is a true gem in Hawthorne. The restaurant is clean and impeccable, a cute spot with great service. The food is amazing, homemade, and not greasy. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The burritos are a good portion and packed with flavor, and the breakfast burrito is a must. They have Oaxaca food, the pollo en mole is fantastic with perfect combinations of sweet and spicy, and the carnita tacos are so well done. The queso fundido is hands down a favorite, perfectly melted and rich. The homemade salsa is a must, and the carne asada with bell peppers and cheese is absolutely delicious. The bomb enchiladas and ceviche are also highlights. The prices are completely on par. Stop by for a quick bite and leave with a great meal. Definitely recommend and coming back.
