One bad thing the bag got juicy at the bottom and when I pick the food up it fell out the bag because of them put to must bean juicy in both of my bag kinda upset but things happen

The Baseline: For a Mexican fast casual restaurant the flavors of the food must make use of the prime Mexican ingredients (corn, beans, chiles, rice, cheese, and meats), preparation of sauces/salsas must be fresh, the meal portion size must make me feel full, and service must be efficient.

Update October 2025:

Food: Ordered a Barbacoa burrito (double wrap) with black beans, sour cream, cheese, cilantro rice, fresh tomato salsa. Also did the online cheese quesadilla order that is only available via the app.

Service: Used the mobile order app to get my food. My order was sizable and there is no need to be there when the burrito is getting prepped.

Ambiance: I came in to pick up my food and the prep, counter, and dining room was clean and well kept.

Update August 2025:

Food: I had a Carnitas Burrito with fajita veggies (double wrapped). Very tasty burrito with fresh cooked ingredients. Also got chips and guacamole and a chicken lifestyle bowl. All were good.

Service: Used the mobile order app to get my food. Very easy to use and the food is the same size if you ordered at the restaurant (stop believing the YouTube hack videos with the annoying filming customers).

Ambiance: Clean and decent restaurant condition when I came in to pick up my food.

Previous Review:
This is a great Chipotle location that I mainly use for online ordering. The food is always what you expect from a fast-service Mexican food place and the service is always good but they can get bogged down due to how busy it gets there.
The atmosphere and service is rated a bit lower because the constant flow of customers does not let the staff keep up so things can get missed and the messy areas stay messy a bit longer. No fault to the staff but it is a result of the high amount of traffic of customers that makes it hard to keep up.
The staff always gets me extra salsa with my guac order. Thank you!

Terrible customer service and overall organization. The food display and place felt dirty and the wait time for a takeaway was super long too (20min+). Felt a little frustrated seeing the cashier looking at here coworkers do most of the job without providing support.

Placed an online order. When I arrived they had not begun making the order. When I told the person behind the counter my name, and that I had a pick up, she told me that they are waiting on white rice. It took an awhile, but I finally received my order. No apology for the wait. I wouldn’t have minded so much if they were more kind about the inconvenience. Additionally, all the chairs were on the tables and they didn’t close for another hour.

This was my go to spot, but I noticed their food quality has gone down. I ordered a chicken burrito and it was saltier than the ocean, and there wasn’t much meat. I don’t know what happened to this place. Service was okay. There are plenty of open seating. I will have to find another Chipotle with better food quality. I will not be coming to this place or ordering from them again.
