Costco Food Court - Harthrone

Prices are yelling out loud.
I'm canceling my membership.

Had an unpleasant time with staff at the food court for several days of coming here. The food being is a gamble on whether or not you get a soggy slice of pizza or not. The attitude from the cashiers is not well hidden either.

Someone is cutting the pizza in half and flip it into smaller slices. It supposed to be 18 inches but it appears smaller so I used a measuring tape.. This is unacceptable..

My quick lunch go to, I love the chicken parm bread sharing it with my son. I’m not happy that they discontinued the all meat pizza which my family loves, we order it almost every week for quick snack, or lunch.

Parking: There’s a huge parking just outside the store. Don’t go during busy hours like 4-5 PM or weekends it’s hard to find
parking.

calling and calling and calling and calling the pizza (food court) number and there is no answer. How are you supposed to order a pizza ahead like they advertise if they don't answer the phone.

Always a visit full of great products and prices. Wonderful see the Holidays spirit are already here. 😀

We are all familiar with their pricing and food quality. Not the best quality, but the pricing makes it tolerable, but that's not what this is about. This location recently reopened from a remodel, but I really don't see what they did, other than close the side window for whole pizza pick-up. This low score is because the condiment area was a mess. Both of the relish pumps were empty, the catch trays were a mess with ketchup, mustard and relish. Soiled napkins all over the condiment and soda area, and the napkin dispensers were replaced with gas station type giant rolls of paper that have no perforations, so people are pulling them and ripping off more than they need and being very wasteful. The soda area also had spilled soda all over the soda counter and catch trays. two of the three soda machines were out of ice, and when one try's to get just water, is comes out from the sides of the dispenser nozzle, so it too is spilling water everywhere as you try to dispense it. Obviously someone needs to be scheduled to regularly maintain and clean these areas. At these prices I don't expect much, but I do expect a clean food service area.They also need to fix the line. Is there one line for all open windows, or a line for each open window. It is not clear, and I frequently see arguments and fights because everyone is lined up in one line for 3 open windows, then someone walks up to an open window, thus taking cuts and the argument ensues. Costco, you must clearly sign and mark how you would like the customers to line up. It would be very easy for you to put up clearly marked signage, and paint lines or something on the ground....

I don't hate the food court but diabetes curtails eating there. I'm sure it tastes great but I can't eat there anymore. Good memories. And the menu is even better now.

Thank goodness they have the raspberry smoothie back. In these high inflation times, everyone is grabbing a $2 hotdog. Long lines but a survival kit for people feeding a family on a budget.

Kid-friendliness: Prices are cheap.

Buck fifty dogs and drink all you can handle. But I miss the sausage dog

Parking: Parking structure at Bella Terra but always busy. No matter when they are open
