I’ve been to this store(Manhattan Beach) twice. Both times I’ve ordered ahead online. First time I ordered an hour before on a Saturday night and when I got there they informed me that one of my cookies was not available. Second time I ordered at 7am to pick up at 10:30am on a Monday and when I got there at exactly 10:30am they had me wait 8 minutes to tell me one of my cookies was sold out. So I opted for something else. Very disappointing. Also one of the girls who was prepping cookie dough had cell phone near to the scale where she was measuring the dough. That was concerning.
