“This is the best Cuban spot in L.A. I’ve been coming for years and have also tried other places like Versailles and a couple in Glendale. El Colmao takes it all!! Authentic and the service is great. There’s a reason why so many Latin stars have enjoyed the food here. Parking is free and convenient.“

“I ordered the garlic chicken and oxtails and let me say it was finger licking good!! 🔥 The portions were a great size and even had some food left over to take home. Great customer service and friendly staff. It was my first time but I will definitely be back.“

“I got the torta cubana and my girlfriend got the Suiza because she’s vegetarian. We both really enjoyed our food. Great experience. Only complaint is that they ONLY ACCEPT CASH. It’s 2026…set up a Venmo/PayPal or something. The atmosphere is nothing to rave about. I was going to give them 4 stars because of the cash issue but my girlfriend really wanted me to give them 5 stars so here we are.“

“Had a great experience at Havana Vieja! The service was impressively quick, which made everything feel smooth and easy. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and full of authentic Cuban taste. You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. Definitely a place I’d come back to and highly recommend!“
