Dickey's Barbecue Pit, located on Hawthorne Blvd in Hawthorne, offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with excellent customer service. Notable staff members include Aidan, Liz, and Kevin, who are praised for their helpfulness, knowledge about the food and recipes, and positive attitudes. The Brisket Baked Potato is a recommended meal. However, there have been issues with the cashier's math skills and incorrect opening hours. It is also worth noting that they do not accept American Express. Overall, Dickey's Barbecue Pit provides a tasty and enjoyable dining experience.
