“TRASH BAG EXPERIENCE. I mean just an absolute disappointment. You know what, let me start off by saying this is not the employees fault. They were actually helpful. I placed an online order at 4:30pm, the site took my money and told me it would be ready for pick up at 4:45. I’ll make a long story short it didn’t pop up in their system, and I didn’t get my food until 5:20pm, after waiting around and not knowing what to do. And I did all that waiting around for 4 little slices of roast beef on my sandwich.Bottom line, The online order system is garbage, and I had a trash experience.Absolutely disappointed.Only giving 5 stars because the employee’s kindness was 5 stars.“
“This is a nice and clean fast food restaurant, customer service is really good, they do follow social distance protocol no customer touches anything food or drink related, everything is handle by employee, this particular subway is open late, last time I was there at 9:30pm. I like it..“
“Ordered on line, first time. Wasn't sure I wanted to, but thought I would try because that was the only way to get buy one get one free. To my surprise the meat was fresh tasting and also the veggies. I had not been here in a long time because the last time I purchased a sandwich the meat was not fresh. Hopefully, they continue to have fresh food. The minority neighborhoods get the old food leftover from other neighborhoods. But with the new sports arenas I'm sure the food will be better.“
“I had the honor of being served by 6420. Pardon me I forgot her name 🤦🏾. She was excellent. She has great people skills, great multitasking skills and this is our second time going to this location and she’s always taken our order with promptness, efficient and a thank you. Hope to see you soon“
