One of the best dim sum places I'm aware of in the Bay Area. Definitely a must try but as all things it's getting pricey.

Realized I forgot to take photos of the food because I was enjoying every bite! It was my first time here and we had a large group of 16. Staff was friendly and accommodating for us. Food came out fast and each dish was told to us as it came out so we knew what we were eating. Portions were good I especially loved the green beans and the salt and pepper pork chop. I didn't even have to ask for more water as they came around multiple times throughout the dinner. For dessert they even brought out mango pudding which was a nice surprise. Would definitely come back to try dim sum.

OMG, I devoured the largest oyster I have ever seen! It was mouth watering ecstasy with every bite. The staff were so friendly and treated us so well as if we had been life long customers. The menu had many options and it would take many visits to try half of their unique options. The restaurant was warm and inviting.

I told the business that the food was super yummy. I ordered the shrimp and beef rice noodle rolls, pork and shrimp dumplings, and Shanghai soup dumplings. It's such a cute spot, and everyone there was really nice.

Every dish that we ordered was excellent. The Jasmine tea was good too. The service was a little slow but everything was hot or warm. The waitress was very accommodating to us also. We will be back in the future.

One of my fav childhood restaurants in the bay! The service and quality of food is the best (:

The staff was rude and condescending. Not coming back. The food was just so-so and was outrageously priced. A chow fun dish cost nearly $20 which would cost around $12 elsewhere. Basically I paid a lot of money for mediocre food and had to deal with a rude staff. Would give zero or negative stars but need to provide at least one otherwise can't post. Do not eat here.

This was an incredible dim sum spot. I can't believe it's been around for ten years and I've never been here. Wish I snapped a photo, we were so hungry at 2pm haha. Let me think...the chicken feet was incredible. They ran out of the sweet dessert buns and the steamed chang fen also ran out. Ahhh. Bummer. The roast duck was aite, but I'll give them a pass. Staff were nice. THEY HAD DEEP HOUSE BEATS going too in the background. I was so surprised. Unz unz unz, DJ mode activated haha.

The food here is always consistently delicious and fresh. Never got a bad item here. We have been here for multiple occasions, tried bunch of different dishes from dim sum to dinner. When we have a big family gathering, this restaurant always comes up as our go to since they can always accommodate a lot of us with tons of different orders.

The best Dumplings I've ever had. We order some at least once a week. They are FILLING and Delicious. The customer service is always A1, they treat everyone who comes in with Respect regardless of age, race or orientation. Their chilli oil is so good too! Honey walnut prawns are the best I've ever had as well.

We had a family birthday here and although we may have definitely over-ordered, food & service was great! We had a big party and were a little chaotic with requests and ordering tons of food, but we were accommodated with everything we needed. Overall, the family staff seemed very responsive and friendly. The food came fast and the servers had good humor to match our chaotic energy lol! I recommend asking for the chili oil, it was great with a lot of the dishes. Everything tasted very fresh and great quality. I tried a few dim sums in the bay and this would be one of my favorites - especially the Peking duck. We had a great family lunch here.

My family and I have always come to this restaurant because their food is good. But the customer service and overall service is terrible. I ordered over $150 worth of food online (which was only about 10 dumplings and half a duck ) for takeout and the website gave me an estimated time of pickup, which was 6:45, we ordered it at 6:00, so that should have been more than enough time to get this order done. I walked inside at 6:40 to pay for it and the older guy that takes the payments and all of that had my order pulled up on a receipt. I paid for it and he said that it should not be long. I waited and waited and waited and he kept ignoring me. Then all of a sudden he points to the customers behind me who were of Asian origin and said "they called the order in, you ordered online that's why you've been waiting for over an hour and you know it's New Year" and threw his hands up like he was irritated at me for just waiting there for the food that I PAID FOR. And he said " and you know it's New Year" like I was supposed to know that it is Chinese New Year when I am nowhere near that ethnicity.... So idk what he meant by I should have known it was New Year and he said it like he didn't want to fulfill my order with a lot of unnecessary attitude. I didn't get my order until 7:30.... I ordered it at 6pm, their website said it would be ready at 6:45 and I didn't receive it until 7:30...... let that sink in... it took them an hour and a half to give me my ten dumplings and half a duck.... Besides my terrible experience, while I was waiting, two white men and a toddler came in at around 7pm, in which they asked the same old rude gentleman if they were able to get a table. The man told them that he could squeeze them in. About 10 minutes pass by and one of the waiters ask if the two men have been helped and they let him know that ther were waiting for their seats. The waiter looked at them and said "I don't think we are going to have a table for youguys ready" like what????!! Why would you say that to potential paying customers!!??? The two guys told the waited that the older man told them he could squeeze them in and once he heard that he said "ohhhh okok nevermind then" like wtffff?????!!! At around 7:20 the older man comes back and points at my sister and asks her if she has been helped and she told him she was with me and he says "oh ok almost ready almost ready" like he didn't just say those exact words 30 minutes ago... and then as he goes down the line of people at the door he tells the two guys that he doesn't think he can get them seated before closing and there was still 40 minutes until closing time!!! One of the guys tells him that he just told him he could squeeze them in and the okder man tells him " no i didn't" and they start going at it and soon enough the two guys and the little girl they were with left. Great food i'll give them that but horrible service.... Never coming back to this restaurant again.....

Absolutely the best Dim Sum in the East Bay, in my very humble opinion! Always fresh, tasty, and well done. There is plenty of parking, but the lot is small and a bit tight. I wouldn't recommend large trucks. However, there is plenty of street parking. Tins get crowded quickly. If you plan on going, I'd recommend getting there by 11:00 a.m.There can be a line and a waiting list. They offer takeout. The food is always served fairly quickly and is always hot and steamy. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Prices have gone up, but that seems to be normal. Our bill was $81.49 plus a tip. My belly is full and satisfied. Our Order:2: Shumai (Pork and Shrimp)1: Salted Spicy Calamari (perfect salt and spice)1: Spare Rib in Black Bean Sauce (one of my favorites)2: Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce (another favorite)1: Crispy Noodle with Seafood Combo (deliciously delicious)1: Jasmine Tea1: Diet Coke Another successful trip to eat local! We have to keep these businesses going! Stop eating at chains and feeding the corporate machine!

The Service was up to par. The Resturant is well kept and ran thru by amazing staff. Food was yummy. The kung pao chicken was okay. Not a fan. But the rice, spicy shrimp, and shrimp dumplings were yummy. Although I wish the shrimp dumpling wrapper was more warm and moist. Still love the food and service tho. Thank you!! I will definitely be coming back again.
