Good customer service
We find it crowded and dirty. They never have the fish we are looking for and rarely get waited on when waiting for fish info.
I really like going here to get fruits, a lot of different tropical fruits are available that you don't typically get in supermarkets.
Fresh fish, good prices for fresh produce, a variety of bulk grains, very good mushroom deals and the fish variety is high for the region.
Everything under the roof. Daily needs fulfilled
Love it
They have the worst customer service. The cashiers are very rude.
Well every time I buy seafood here it tastes the same and tastes swampy. I learned my lesson for the last time. Also they are so rude here they're not nice at all whatsoever. Where's customer service? They look at you like your bothering them every single person in there. It's not pleasant so I'll go to sprouts or another Asian market
Got some good bargains often. Good selection. Service is on par with other Asian markets.
Unfortunately their produce is mostly not fresh. Fresh chillies are moldy and each time I try to buy spinach its already spoiled. Chicken smells of vinegar and the mochi ice cream I got was really bad too, crunchy texture from being defrosted and frozen again.

Big grocery store more Chinese. They have lots of variety of live seafood.
Good variety of marine and other products
Not my favorite Asian grocery experience but it fills its purpose in the east bay so it's bumped from 3 to 4 stars
Well-stocked, interesting items. Frozen ducks not priced. Some produce only in big bags. Pretty standard Asian market, really.
They got everything you need from fresh meats like whole chicken and a variety of seafoods to sauces. Workers don't speak English well but I always show them a picture of what I'm looking for and they always point me in the direction or take me there, never had a problem.
