It’s so sad that they represent a great culture in hospitality with such a poor costumer service and communication. I expected a nice and warm behavior but I got so disappointed when nobody even showed up to lead me to the tables to sit. I was standing in front of store for more than 20 minutes. The guy who brought the food even did not look for me. I had ordered chicken kebab and I thought it comes with bread. Just 5 small pieces of chicken with a full plate rice arrived! He simply put the food on the table and left. It was spicy but nobody asked if I wanted spicy or not. I eta the chicken hardly and left the food and leave. I hope the management will consider the situation and make the service level relevant to their great culture.

Pomegranate restaurant used to be great, the inside was very clean with beautiful views, now it is very dirty, there were flowers under the seats, the new owner, Molanser Al-Din, half of it is a grocery store, and half of it is small, it is the same as Pomegranate restaurant. Instead of the birthday of Shtakhareh Bikhi, they have destroyed their food. The taste of the rice is hard, the grilled meat is raw, the smell is not edible, but the bulani is a bit tasty, and the customer service is zero. There is no waiter. Dear friends, don't come here in regular clothes. You will regret it. I would have given zero stars, but it didn't work. I gave one. No hello, no welcome. It can't be called a restaurant. We were disappointed. Their dishes are dirty, their spoons are old, their frames are tight, what can I say, I should just file a complaint with the health department.
