Today at on my lunch I came to auntie Anne's to grab me a bite to eat. There was only one guy standing at the counter and he seemed he have already ordered so I was waiting for someone to greet me or help me or something and no one acknowledged me two other Mexican ladies came up and they instantly took their order and I said oh the line is over there because I was next and one other lady all she did was say oh sorry but no one still proceed to accommodate me or help me.

I ordered a jalapeño PRETZEL and Leticia was about to give me a jalapeño hot dog. I said that was not what I wanted. She said I said hot dog. Which is NOT what I said. I don’t even eat hot dogs ?. Where it went wrong was her tossing the receipt at me. I work in the mall so I’m always at auntie Annie’s but nothin like this happened to me before now. I still was polite when I could’ve started acting up.

Charged me for pepperoni pretzel bites instead of regular in an attempt to overcharge me. When I caught it they refused to give me the cash for the first charge claiming they can’t because “I paid with card” and said I must wait at least two days for any kind of refund to my bank. tries to overcharge. Don’t trust this place with any debit or credit card. Cash only.

Crew that works here Tuesday June 28th 2 are terrible. Literally no one in line and the guy working the register helps the guy behind me even though I was the only one standing there alone for a minute. The other girl working there too didn't help out she saw me multiple times and just went on pretending she's busy. Spend your money on better food like the boba place next door.
Very unsatisfied staff needs training to be polite and engaging towards the costumers needs. Most of them look very hateful. Needs training on customer service and engagement. Learn from target.
