I ordered a jalapeño PRETZEL and Leticia was about to give me a jalapeño hot dog. I said that was not what I wanted. She said I said hot dog. Which is NOT what I said. I don’t even eat hot dogs ?. Where it went wrong was her tossing the receipt at me. I work in the mall so I’m always at auntie Annie’s but nothin like this happened to me before now. I still was polite when I could’ve started acting up.

Super yummy pretzels with a small selection of flavors but just big enough that it keeps the business simple but sure to have a flavor you can call your own. The business is super straight forward and the pretzels taste amazing. Definitely a difference between a fresh pretzel and one that sits under a heat lamp so when forced to wait a few minutes because my flavor is not ready to go... this is a plus and not a problem. I recommend the butter almond... or is that sugar almond?...

I love therir pretzels here. I usually get the jalepeno one and get the cheese dip. A lot of their pretzels are really good but that's what I usually get when I come here. The people that work there are really nice and friendly.
