Salty lechon. No mang tomas lechon sauce or similar. The sauce they got is salty again( soysauce with some vinegar). The meat was tender and skin was crispy. I can fix it later. I went to a asian market to buy the sauce i like.
Worth it at the price point — TASTE LIKE HOME!! The lechon belly was cooked to perfection: crispy skin, juicy meat, and packed with flavor. We also loved the pickled mango and the rich, savory dinuguan — such a comforting combo. Truly felt like a feast that brings you back home.
It’s my Birthday treat today so We traveled all the way from San Francisco to Hayward and tried their Cebu Lechon. It was Crispy and tasty. Meat was moist and tender. The best cebuchon i tried in the bay area. Highly recommended. Must try also the Pansit. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Will come back to try all the items in their menu but the lechon is definitely the star..
