I visited this location last week and had a very disappointing experience. The person working behind the register looked like she hated her job, and every time I asked for something extra, she responded with attitude and acted like it was a problem. I ordered the Dubai chocolate sundae and asked for extra pistachio cream at the bottom. She told me they “can’t add extra,” which didn’t make sense because it’s literally just adding more. I also asked for extra pistachio cream on the side, and she completely ignored my request. I even went back because I assumed she added it to the sundae, but she hadn’t. When I finally tried my sundae at home, the hot fudge tasted burnt and left a weird aftertaste. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. Overall, the service and the food quality were unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

Baskin Robbins customer since the 1960's. Decent basic ice cream If you want creamier there's Clancy's, Loard's, Fenton's. BR however has a lot more flavor choices that rotate in or out Staff at this one very pleasant. The scoops are generous. They have hand packed, cakes and other desserts and creations

Great customer service.... I asked the girl if she can write Happy Birthday on the ice cream cake I chose for my son's Birthday, and, she did with no hesitation. She has beautiful penmanship. I didn't catch her name, but she made the cake so much more lovely. Thank you! P.S. The oreo ice cream cake is delicious! I highly recommend! Peanut butter and chocolate ice cream from here is the best also.

The place is dirty.The employees are so money hungery that before you can actually order your did you have to pay first. They don't care what you want or what flavor ice cream you are interested in. They just want the size and money. The woman behind the counter had to remake mine more than once when all i wanted was a simple one scoop chocolate peanutbutter ice cream with hot fudge. First, she gave me some weird psychedelic ice cream, then the pb ocean with carmel. After iv told her to give me my money back, she finally figured it out.

Ordered banana split with chocolate & pineapple topping. All I got was chocolate. Plus it was spilling from front door to kitchen. Had a nice clean up. Downright furious. Will not order from this store again & I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. Everything was a mess.Very disappointed. ?

Great place for ice cream, just watch out when they fill quarts with ice cream from the front. Sometimes they fill the quarts to the brim, other times they only put in like 3 to 4 scoops which don't fill it and you're not getting what you paid for. Happened to me multiple times but honestly I think it was just some newbies.
