The lady she was incredibly nice but overall product not so impressed with I ordered a strawberry matcha with boba it was lacking something I just don't know what though.

Their drinks are pretty good. They have a lot of items in their menu which can be a challenge for a first timer to navigate. It will take me a while to try all the drinks they offer.

This place made me and my two girls sick my youngest threw up and both me and my oldest daughter had stomach issues. Not sure if they’re just not cleaning their blender and mixers properly but we all ordered different drinks and ended up getting sick.

This place is a gem! I’ve been to Boba Nation a few times now and it’s quickly become my favorite boba spot. The variety on the menu is great there’s something for every mood, whether you’re into fruity teas or creamy milk-based drinks. Last time I got their strawberry matcha latte, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had.

I randomly tried Boba Nation one afternoon and now I’m hooked. I had the mango green tea with lychee jelly — super refreshing and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. You can adjust the sugar and ice levels, which is a nice touch. The staff were friendly and didn’t rush me even though I was indecisive 😅. The place has a clean, chill vibe too. Definitely coming back to try more flavors!

I’ve tried a lot of boba places, but Boba Nation really stands out. The drinks are consistently delicious not too sweet, and the flavors actually taste fresh. The brown sugar milk tea is my favorite, but honestly, everything I’ve tried has been really good. The tapioca pearls are soft with the right amount of chewiness, which is hard to find sometimes. The staff is always polite and the service is quick, even when it’s busy. It’s become my go-to spot when I’m craving something refreshing!

Every time I come here I try a different drink. I haven’t had a disappointing drink yet. I also get the detox bowl. I liked it but my mom didn’t. The most recent drink I got was a sunrise fruit tea with boba. It was happiness at first sip. The service there is great. The staff are very considerate. While I was waiting for my drink a lady let staff know she did not like the taste of her usual drink. The male staff asked her a few more questions to make sure they corrected the drink. Also, right before making my mom’s smoothie bowl the female staff made sure her order was correct. My mom wanted the bowl but no toppings. This business is a favorite stop of mine when I’m at Southland mall.

First time trying this boba place, and it's not bad. From all of the many options, I decided to go with their watermelon refresher. To be honest, it wasn't as refreshi.g as I was imagining it, but it was still pretty good. I got it with regular sugar, less ice, and it was the right amount of sweetmes. Would defensively come back here to try their other options.

They accidentally gave me a small one when I ordered a large, but quickly fixed it and let me drink the small one too! Boba was perfect and they have MANY flavors and options that extend past milk tea.

Amazing boba place! The only reason I come to Southland Mall honestly.

Both times I’ve been here, the younger guy (didn’t get his name) who works here is super helpful and efficient. He was working by himself the first time and did a really great job making all of our drinks - gave him a good tip as appreciation

The food and tea was all delicious but the ordering system is very bad. There's only one touch screen to order on inside and the line was long so I tried to order via mobile. The link to the google play app is broken (I don't think they have one anymore?), so I ordered off their website. The website isn't very good so it caused an error with one of my drinks (it lets you add it for $0). The interface is also a bit clunky. Instead of calling out our order when it was done they just held the drinks and waited for us to ask (the website said it'd take 20 minutes, so we waited 30 minutes before asking) just to then tell us about this error and have to ring that drink up separately. It was about 45 minutes after we ordered before we finally got our stuff. Unsurprisingly it was a bit melted. I also wish there was something that indicated they did in fact make our order the way we asked (with almond milk instead of soy milk) but there were no labels or verbal confirmation. It's not the worst thing ever but there are so many other tea shops in the area that don't have this annoyance. We went to the tea place downstairs and got something else within a few minutes and they were a lot nicer about it. Boba Nation seems to trap heat pretty badly so sitting in their lobby wasn't very fun on a hot day and I imagine that makes the workers unhappy too especially because they were very busy.
