Excellent Pizza place
Service was as expected- good.
You can reserve the back area for a small birthday or dinner party.
Naturally all the Pizzas are cooked to perfection and taste good
I will go here over anywhere else around, everytime.
Always love the classic feel, food, and atmosphere of Bronco Billys!
Best pizza around!!!
Love this neighbourhood pizza place
Love the pizza here. Space is great for big parties. They have a cool arcade for kids in one corner. Staff is friendly when not busy. It’s a great place for East Bay students. This specific Bronco Billies up in the Hayward Hill is most definitely my favorite one.
This is hands down one of my favorite pizza spots in the San Francisco Bay Area! As a Chicago transplant, I know a thing or two about pizza—and this place absolutely holds its own. Honestly, it’s probably a good thing it’s 1,500 miles away from me now, because if I lived any closer, I’d be 400 pounds! As a cyclist, I’m always looking for a solid carb load, and their "single slice" is nearly the size of a small pizza anywhere else. I went with a classic cheese slice and a meat lover’s style loaded with pepperoni and sausage—both were incredible. This place not only hits the spot but also brings back memories of my time at East Bay State. Well worth the visit every time I’m back in town!
I always recommend this pizza, been going here for years and it never fails. Pizza is made with magic.

This was a couple of weeks ago. I went on a Thursday 30 mins before closing and the woman told me I couldn't order just take out, that's understandable and bad on me. So I went the next day 2 hours from closing. They said it would take 45 minutes to finish the pizza and me and my partner waited. After about an hour I went to the counter and waited because there was a customer or worker loitering at the front talking to the workers who were trying to clean. One of the younger men saw me and checked my order and it wasn't prepared yet to go in the oven. I continued to wait and when the food was done 1.5 hours later that younger worker apologized. When I grabbed plates the same lady yesterday told me I couldn't eat in. I told her I have diabetes and didn't eat all day and she said had no remorse. I saw some other man sit down after me and eat without this same interaction. I'm not sure if it's cause I look irritated, if the lady doesn't want to work, or if it's cause me and my partner were Hispanic while the person who got their food on time and there was white. I was about to call the owner to ask when it was an appropriate time to come in and eat because I thought 2 hours before closing was reasonable. I gave around a 20$ tip and I didn't get any service, that's embarrassing and a scam. I worked at a pizzeria in junior college, I understand it's not the most serious job. But please hire people who are willing to work.

Really tasty. I think train the people at the front just to be a little bit more happy because sometimes I think they get worried or stressed out; Just tell them to relax a little bit. Smile but otherwise everything is great.

Our family had lunch on Saturday 9/7/24 I haven’t been inside in years, first of all my bill was $ 269. 45 and to be really up front I left no tip which is not like me however the young lady behind the counter was rude and her phone was more important than the customer. Sone of the soda fountain drinks didn’t work and it cost me $ 40. For cups they had no kids size cups for young 2 and 3 year olds. We dined there and our pizza was put in take out boxes not served on pizza trays. Mind you we were pretty much the only customers dining in and the lady at the counter put our pizzas in the keep warm oven and only called our name once according to her. I will say the pizza was excellent as usual put the booth seats to how diners are served and there choice of fountain service needs real attention it is now so run down and in need of a deep clean really sad that the owners seem like it’s about filling there pockets with money than the experience of a clean fun dining experience.

This place is old and a bit worn but its pizza is top tier and worth a visit. You should absolutely visit and get a slice.

Been coming for years with 0 complaints, except lately the pizza has been RAW. The Chuck wagon Medium size pizza dough was not cooked thoroughly. Called the store and they told me to just bring it back even after I told them I was not nearby or had time to return. They couldn’t do anything about it because they said I should have told them when I picked it up. They expected me to hold on to the pizza until I had time to return it to the store? Yes, let me hold on to a pizza for a week until I can bring it back to “prove” it’s raw. How about check my order history and see my order to complain ratio.
Like I was supposed to know the bread was not cooked all the way without tasting it? Have not ordered back since, (2 months ago) from someone who used to come a few times a month.
Do better on your customer service!! We are paying $30 for a medium pizza, we expect better.
Order the cheesy garlic bread, it is delicious! Just make They don’t burn it or give it to you with just big dabs of garlic, I send it back when they do. They look at me like I’m dumb when I send it back, Rhett they miraculously make it correctly.
Wish they would bring back the old RANCH dressing they made in house, now they just offer pre-packaged Ranch you can get anywhere. I felt like the old Ranch kind of made them different in a sense, kind of like Wing Stop.

Place has some pretty good pizza. Grabbed a “slice”, more like a small pizza in itself. It was college kids, I’m an old head, but they were respectful and felt they were trying to get me my best pizza. Thank you for that! KOverall good experience. Would go again.

I try and order over the phone and get told they can only make an xlarge pizza not a medium. I figured I heard wrong so I drove down there to order in person to find out I can only get slices now. How can u sell slices but not a medium pizza? Makes no sense to me. Now they also chargers 30 bucks for two slices of pizza and a drink. Don't think I will ever be coming back.
