Used to be the spot for pizza but now their pies suck. I would never risk the disappointment trying broncos again. They really let this place go. Ownership must of moved on and left the place to clueless people. Bad deal

Hand down this use to be ONE of the best old school pizzas in town! Now they hire too many young college kids from csueb who have no idea what they are doing in the kitchen. They straight up just don’t know how to move their hands and get to work! My younger self would have made 10 pizzas myself lol. When I asked to get charged the girl said “oh I don’t know” and when I went to pick up the order they didn’t even know who’s order was which, there XL is like a medium now. Not only that but it’s been about 3 times now and the pizza is literally left with RAW dough! Disgusting! I had to recook in my oven! I’m so disappointed because this use to be so good, not enough training will be the downfall of broncos!

The original Bronco Billie’s in Union City is a lot better! Tried the one in Hayward twice and got the same results. It’s a hard No for me!

Love this neighbourhood pizza place
Love the pizza here. Space is great for big parties. They have a cool arcade for kids in one corner. Staff is friendly when not busy. It’s a great place for East Bay students. This specific Bronco Billies up in the Hayward Hill is most definitely my favorite one.
This is hands down one of my favorite pizza spots in the San Francisco Bay Area! As a Chicago transplant, I know a thing or two about pizza—and this place absolutely holds its own. Honestly, it’s probably a good thing it’s 1,500 miles away from me now, because if I lived any closer, I’d be 400 pounds! As a cyclist, I’m always looking for a solid carb load, and their "single slice" is nearly the size of a small pizza anywhere else. I went with a classic cheese slice and a meat lover’s style loaded with pepperoni and sausage—both were incredible. This place not only hits the spot but also brings back memories of my time at East Bay State. Well worth the visit every time I’m back in town!
I always recommend this pizza, been going here for years and it never fails. Pizza is made with magic.

This was a couple of weeks ago. I went on a Thursday 30 mins before closing and the woman told me I couldn't order just take out, that's understandable and bad on me. So I went the next day 2 hours from closing. They said it would take 45 minutes to finish the pizza and me and my partner waited. After about an hour I went to the counter and waited because there was a customer or worker loitering at the front talking to the workers who were trying to clean. One of the younger men saw me and checked my order and it wasn't prepared yet to go in the oven. I continued to wait and when the food was done 1.5 hours later that younger worker apologized. When I grabbed plates the same lady yesterday told me I couldn't eat in. I told her I have diabetes and didn't eat all day and she said had no remorse. I saw some other man sit down after me and eat without this same interaction. I'm not sure if it's cause I look irritated, if the lady doesn't want to work, or if it's cause me and my partner were Hispanic while the person who got their food on time and there was white. I was about to call the owner to ask when it was an appropriate time to come in and eat because I thought 2 hours before closing was reasonable. I gave around a 20$ tip and I didn't get any service, that's embarrassing and a scam. I worked at a pizzeria in junior college, I understand it's not the most serious job. But please hire people who are willing to work.
