First impression is that they lack customer service skills. The associate did not acknowledge her line and picked up the phone without acknowledging guest in line. Called at 6:05 and was quoted a 45 minute timeframe for our pizza. They skimped on the sausage this time around and we only had 3 toppings so we definitely noticed. My last photo from my visit prior was loaded with sausage. They were not too busy for a Friday night. There is a lot of room for a group if you are coming for an evening meal or even a celebration. It is pretty loud in the restaurant.

Still great pizza when they're not stupid busy or short -staffed. Love the slices when it's just 2 of us because they are huge, filled with flavor and toppings, and cooked perfectly and not mushy in the middle like the normal sizes can be. Updated menu attached!

When your looking for great traditional pizza ? this is my go to. Always hot and fresh to order, crust is amazing. They also offer pure cane soda options on tap. Small arcade for kids. Enough space for family or team dinners. Never disappointed. Staff was kind and friendly. For years same pizza same service. ??

Worst service ever. This place use to be great. But the past couple years the food hasn't been the same and the service has gotten so bad! Waited over 45 minutes for a slice of pizza that never came. I ended up going to the guy at the register and asking to cancel my order. He did some stuff on the tablet and said i was issued a refund. Haven't seen the refund yet. Stay away from this place. The inside of the restaurant is filthy! Dusty pictures on the walls. Nasty ceilings. Small TVs. Much better pizza places in the area and places that won't scam you out of your money.

It was surprisingly good. Stopped for a quick lunch. Got the recommended pizza, we were hungry even less exciting ingredients were consumed. The interior is interesting. I guess you can watch sports here too. The bathroom was a bit smelly, I don't want to be there later in the day. The area is a non-descript shopping corner in the middle of nowhere. Not far from Cal State East Bay, walkable.

Worst service ever. I gave them 3 chances, but it's either my pizza is made wrong or it takes an hour even if it is freaking empty and not busy at all, and they never communicate the waitint tkme. It seems like the place is run by teenagers who have no idea what the hell they are doing. I'm definitely not coming back.

They have the absolute slowest employees ever and I mean that in EVERY sense of the word. I repeated my order FIVE times and she STILL said the wrong thing. They probably should stop getting high before going to work. Worst service ever ALL THE TIME!!!
