This place has good service if you go inside. The drive thru is powered by AI and makes for difficult ordering. Also BK should be ashamed of the milk shake I was just served! It was the consistency of a smoothie... ugh!

Great experience overall. The AI at the drive-thru is actually really easy to use if you speak clearly and stay patient, it honestly makes the whole process quicker. I was greeted at the window by a polite team member, and everything was handled efficiently. Only thing that threw me off was being asked if I wanted a crown… I feel like that should be for kids, not adults lol. But other than that, solid visit.

We go to this location every now and then as it is conveniently located for us and we try not to do a lot of fast food. The dining room seems to be always clean. The customer service is usually good as most of the workers are friendly. There is a medium-sized parking lot so there is always free onsite parking
