Rudest Chinese BBQ place that I’ve ever been to. I asked them only ONE and the very first questions regarding the lunch special and the pricing and they immediately get annoyed and frustrated and gave me bad attitude, and joke about me. I was only trying to see if they can substitute the rice with boil vegetables, because I don’t eat rice or gluten. You know Panda Express has that option as well If they had hard time hearing my question or because of my limited Chinese vocabulary or because of my soft voice, I can understand. But try to be empathetic with your customers because you not only serve the food but represent the business. The two males working there were super rude. Got offended by just asking how the menu work, and not trying to understand what I asked. I had their food before, and it was my first time going to the store, I am glad I found out they have these kind of rude staffs.

I won't go anymore! They charged me $6.99 plus tax for it. I called and asked why it was so expensive. The boss said it was because I picked a small one and asked if I had already eaten, requesting proof that I hadn't. It's frustrating. They weigh only 0.22 lbs. I tried to complain, but they not try to solve the problem and just want to fight with me.

Food was amazing. I wasn’t expecting a hole in the wall type place to have such incredibly tasting food. Doesn’t look like much on the inside so don’t be fooled by that. I’ll be ordering food from there again.
