Carnitas, one of my favorite dishes, I ordered a pound of combination, it came with cuerito, buche and meat, they gave me 3 types of sauce and the tatemada sauce was delicious with its smoky flavor. The delicious cuerito and buche, very well cooked and full of flavor. I think the meat was a little dry, I don't know if it was because it wasn't in the butter, but the sauce made it up. Second time coming to this place and just as good a year apart. As a southwestern native moved to the midwest, I miss good Mexican food. In town for work, i was recomended to this place and had to come next time i was in town. The food is really good I recommend the carnitas , also ask for buche and cueritos wich pork skin also they have a really good hot sauce I always get it goes perfect with the carnitas I think is called salsa maria note it is hot
