Consistently good. Did this place change ownership though? Gone are familiar faces I've seen for years and a new lady and what appears to be is her daughter are now working. Still nice folks; just a change
Another outpost of the beloved local chain, kept alive for decades by Dueling cousins. (Kaspar's vs Caspar's), which holds true to the original style and quality of their founders. Sometimes, a Caspar's (Kaspar's) dog, a diet coke, and a bag of chips, are all I need for relief from hard day, or even a gourmet-weary palate. And as usual, the staff are really nice. This is old School California. Get it while you still can!

Quality of service has changed. Seating was horrible. Waited for a seat to open up thought we'd wait for it to be cleaned and people sat there dirty. Other people had jackets in open spots and management said nothing.
