Randomly stumbled upon Chai Thai Noodle in Hayward and I am so glad we did. From the very first bite, we were completely blown away by how authentic and incredibly flavorful every single entrée was. You can truly taste the care, quality, and tradition in the food — nothing felt rushed or generic.
We’re still talking about how good the meal was and already planning our next visit because there are so many dishes we want to try. On top of the amazing food, the service was exceptional — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the entire experience even better.
This place is a hidden gem and easily one of the best Thai meals we’ve had in the area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic, comforting, and delicious Thai food. We’ll definitely be back!

I looooove this place! I have been coming here once a week almost every week, because the food is just so good. The vegetarian tofu tom Kha is THE BEST! I keep trying Tom Kha in other Thai restaurants and it is never as good. Very friendly staff and there are so many other good dishes too. Highly recommend

The food here is very sweet and very Americanized, do not recommended at all unless you really like sweet food. I ordered Pad See Mao and it is so sweet that adding two spoon of chill sauce can still not cover its sweetness. Leave this comment here also to remind myself not come here again anymore.

Just order Pad Kee Mao to-go, huge let down!!! 4 slices of beef and two broccoli, all noodles. On top, it was so greasy. Not sure if they have new chefs and I had the unfortunate draw. Very disappointing

I’ve been to many Thai joints around the country and this ranks up there with the best. Went Nov. 6 for birthday dinner - very busy - but was seated right away and food served fast. Tom Yum excellent - Papaya Salad excellent - Rad Na excellent. Great job guys!!

Good food, friendly staff and large portions. Very accommodating for larger groups, we had 12 people in our party and called already, no problem. Green curry was excellent, some of the best I've ever had, the fresh thai basil made all the difference and somehow achieved the Thai favor without being over the tip spicy.
