Chef's Experience China Bistro

I have visited this restaurant a few times and I was surprised to see a kid's birthday party in the dining area. There is another dining room adjacent to the one where I was sitting at and I was wondering why they didn't use it. I hope in the future that when they have events such as that, they have those type of guests go into the other dining room. The noise was pretty loud, almost unbearable, but the owners and the staff were great. I just thought it was important to mention that issue so it could be addressed and not happen again.

The food.is great. The service is slow, but made up by the quality if the food.

I did door dash and food was on time however one of the items we ordered was the rideye and shrimp which we had there before but this time the ribeye was not good. We called China Bistro right away and they said they would take care of that the next time we went in, when we went in two weeks later they said they would no honor it and that we should have contacted door dash with our complaint ?? Our problem was with them not door dash. They then said while we were sitting there they would not do anything ??? REALLY

This is by Far the worst fried Rice I've ever tasted. I've ordered their so called grandma's fried rice which has everything in it. But the way it was cooked you can obviously tell that the chef is very inexperienced in cooking or how a Chinese fried rice should really taste like! It was so bland and the texture is just weird. Overall the worst fried rice ever. Let's go with the my second order which was the salt and pepper fish! What in the world is that batter? This is also the worst salt and pepper fish I've ever tried. The breading was overcooked and the fish inside was very dried. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I hope they can refund my $40. Stay away from this place.

I have been to China and this food has nothing to do with Chinese food. Everything is overcooked, seafood soup has no seafood. I will not come again and I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Was not happy with them charging 18 % for tip. It should be left up to the customers. They get at least 20.00 per table wither the service is good or not. My bill was 71.00 with tip it was 117.00. Won't be going back to soon.

Can’t see enough about the quality of the food and service. The portions were plenty! The staff was attentive with smiles on their face. Will definitely go back.
