The Chipotle on mission next to sprout: There was this Asian guy serving me. I ordered a burrito and a kids meal and he didn't include the drink or the small bag of chips for kids meal, didn't event tell me to grab the drink and that I get a fruit or the chips. Then a few days later, I went back to get the kids meal and the girl with a lot of gold jewelry added the extra dollar to the bill which I noticed since I what the total should be. I also noticed the napkins and drinks area was a mess but staff was busy chit-chatting.

The workers here act like the chicken they gave me is coming out of their paycheck. I got double chicken and they only gave me 7 ounces of chicken. I literally used a scale to measure it out. They are supposed to give me 8 ounces of chicken. I’m very angry and will never come back here again.

Dislocation gives 25 to 33% less food than the other location that I typically go to. The meat was also unusually saturated with tough Gristle pieces which I do not encounter at the other location.

It was good having Chipotle move into our neighborhood, which they are approximately 4 minutes away from my house and the service that they give is not good. The employees are not friendly or rude. The portion of food of meat that I get every time is very a small portion, I get more rice and beans than I get meat. In the way that some of the employees communicate with you is not good at all, so I will go to another one that's in Castro Valley. Instead of going the one that's just opened around the corner from my house, they could get better and do better.

Food is ok but overpriced (what isn't these days). Employees were cursing and I had my elementary age kid with me. Different music playing from different halves of the building was annoying and distracting. Not. Good experience.

you better off finding more food in the trash then it being on your plate at chipotle.
Don’t come close to closing if you expect there to ever be fajitas, steak, or carne asada. They stop cooking batches of those too early on and don’t cook fresh batches of them often enough. You can catch a good fresh batch if you’re lucky but often times you’re scraping the bottom of the barrel of a batch that’s old.

When we parked in front of the door it took a small while going into the store. One of the employees during his break was very nice and hold the door open for us. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The store is on the smaller side but there is enough parking. The restaurant is clean as well as the restrooms. Will be definitively back. Thank you to the whole team.
