This is my favorite icecream shop. They have lot of icceream flavors and they make icecream fresh in store. Very friendly service too their tall dark and delicious cake is so good.

This is a great place to get your sugar high. The staff are super kind and the flavors are wonderfully varied. The place itself only has limited seating, but it's bright and welcoming. My daughter loves coming here for their cheesecake ice cream.

The people helping do not seem like they like their jobs. They were also not trained well on allergies. I had to tell them how to scoop my daughter’s ice cream and make it up. A little smile goes a long way!

This is the third time I have come to this ice creamery, and my ice cream was not mixed or they had to add another scoop of ice cream on top of my already mixed ice cream. Also, this last time I came here which has never happened to me before the girl mixed my ice cream and it was melted. so to Each their own with this ice creamery in Hayward. As for me, I’m gonna find a different Cold stone that can make my ice cream better.

Super happy with this Cold Stone location! The ladies here today were wonderful! The place is super clean and service was great! We had Yessica make our ice creams and she killed it! She gave the perfect amount of ice cream and mixed in the toppings so well. She also didn't skimp out on the amount. I've been the cold stone in Fremont and this one beats it!
