Concha Dreams is an absolute treasure in downtown Hayward! I’ve had conchas from many places, but these are hands down the best I’ve ever tasted - incredibly light, fluffy, and never dry like you find elsewhere. You can tell every single concha is made with so much love and care. They’re always so fresh, which makes all the difference.

The conchas were super soft and fresh, and each flavor actually tasted distinct. The breakfast concha was filling and perfect for the morning, the s'more concha was sweet and chocolatey without being too heavy, and the waffle concha had a really nice texture and flavor.
