The food is delicious and the atmosphere is perfect and there's games for kids after their done eating perfect for parties or just a quick dinner sadly there's little employees since it's new but the employees are so nice and the owner is a great guy I recommended this so much best dining experience Ive ever had.

If I can give this place a 10 star I would. The pizza was amazing and the customer service was amazing. My kids enjoyed the Arcade. Would definitely come back.

We placed a scheduled online order for pickup at Craft Pizza. When we arrived at our scheduled pickup time, the man who assisted my husband and me (I believe he was the owner) kindly let us know the food had actually been made about an hour earlier, at the time I placed the order instead of the scheduled pickup time.

He immediately apologized and offered to remake the food for us, even though it clearly wasn’t his fault just a simple mistake on the ticket. He even offered us something to drink while we waited. He was incredibly kind and accommodating, and we truly appreciated it.

The food was delicious (even when we tried some of the original order later, reheated), and the service was even better. This was our first time ordering from Craft, and thanks to the great customer service and tasty food, it definitely won’t be our last. Highly recommend!

Craft Pizza Niche delivers great pizza, amazing toppings, and even better customer service we were greeted at the front door. The manager hooked us up with some wings, and we will definitely be back to try the specialty pizzas. You won’t be disappointed!

This place has been my go to spot since I moved to Hayward a year ago, the pizza and customer service are top tier and Niche goes out of his way to make his customers feel like family!

I’m writing this in the moment because the experience was so horrible there is no need to reflect on it. I arrived with my 2 children and we placed an order from a kiosk with no human intervention - there were no other customers in the establishment. Our receipt was tagged at 2:59 pm and the first part of our food order didn’t arrive at the table (garlic bread) until 3:27 pm. At that time no one had brought our 3 soda fountain drinks. I inquired and was then told the Coke was out. Drinks took another 5 minutes - the last part of the order arrived at 3:45 pm. 45 minutes for a personal pizza, tortellini, and a burger in an empty restaurant is horrible.

The he place had potential / lots of TVs (but only 2 were on as we are. The service was slow and unresponsive - no refill even as he approached the table to drop off my burger that I told him to box up!

I eat out a lot and am loath to review or post something negative but this place deserves a hard pass. Maybe I picked the wrong day but I won’t be coming again - EVER!

I can't say enough good things about this place! Whether you're just stopping in for a casual meal or planning a special event, this pizza spot delivers every time. The food is exceptional – from perfectly crispy crusts to rich, flavorful sauces and generous toppings, every bite tastes like it was made with care.
What really sets them apart, though, is the outstanding service. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable, whether you're dining solo, with family, or hosting a party. Speaking of which – their party setup is fantastic. Spacious, well-organized, and they make it so easy to plan and enjoy without stress.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for incredible pizza, great vibes, and top-notch service. Definitely a go-to spot!

I don’t expect much from gluten free pizza at restaurants, but their gluten free pizza blew me away. I felt like I was having real pizza again. The owner was super nice, and my pizza came out pretty quick. Definitely coming back!

Consider this spot for pizza whenever you're feeling pizza. It's good quality, one of the closest spots to the Hayward/Castro Valley dividing line, open every day, and open as late as 3am!

Take kids ages 1-8 here for lunch and dinner. I enjoyed the personal pizza and potato wedges, and my toddler did too. We had a blast roaming the arcade after lunch, and whether paying to play games or not, it was a pleasantly cool and clean space to spend time.
