I had the Pikachu and curly fries. The sandwich is packed pretty full of flavor and is a bit messy. Very filling for a 6inch. The curly fries were pretty good. Pretty cool spot.

These are fancy sandwiches and it's good portions. Thinking about it now made me hungry again.
Loaded fries were fantastic. Love the super hero theme. But could be a bit cleaner. There are a few tables.

great place for halal food, good customer service, friendly
Awesome sandwich shop! Both my wife and I loved our sandwich. Fresh Dutch Crunch bread and the flavors were excellent. We're from out of the area but need to swing by close to here for business a couple times a month. After today's visit (first time), we will be coming back for good grub for sure!

Tried the Punisher sub and it was fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The ambience is modern and inviting, definitely a cool spot to hang out. They’ve got a big menu, so I’m already planning to come back and try something new next time.
It can be a bit tricky to find a spot during the lunch rush. But overall, great food and vibe. Worth checking out if you’re in Hayward!

Yummy subs, highly recommend! We got the cravin’ reuben (pastrami), and the punisher (fried chicken) sandwiches. They were so delicious. Both sandwiches were loaded and flavorful. The punisher comes with their “boom boom” sauce which is supposed to be a spicy thousand island dressing sauce, but i didn’t find it very spicy. The decor is comic book and cartoon themed, which was cute. The staff was professional and quick with bringing us our sandwiches. The negatives were: it was hot inside, and the tables made me uncomfortable. The table is a sheet of metal with a hard edge. Although they have a little rubber corner protectors, the rest of the edge is exposed. I was scared my baby might hit her head against it, so i pulled her back. There was only one high chair, so be aware if you are coming with multiple little kids. Also i think they are due for a deep clean, like the walls and floors had thin layer of grease.

In Hayward, Crave Subs stands out as the most authentic sub shop. Their offerings are exceptionally flavorful, juicy, and their soft breads, crafted with fresh ingredients.
Avoid large chain sub restaurants and instead consider Crave Subs for an unforgettable experience you won’t regret it.
My favorite Buzz lightyear

Tucked away from the road, this place has delicious fresh-sliced meats, baked bread, and ingredients. I ordered the Ed Edd n Eddy, multiple meats cheese, and well-balanced tomatoes and lettuce that didn't overpower the flavor of the sandwich. Their red velvet cookie is packed with different chocolates and are moist. The atmosphere is cool with comic books on the wall and artwork with Marvel characters.
Definitely recommend!!

I like Crave a lot, so much that whenever we are in Hayward we plan to stop there. At 20min to closing we were 5 min away and decided to phone ahead our order for pick up - called twice in a row and no answer. Figured they were busy so went ahead and continued driving and showed up at 15 min to closing - pulled to the front door and staff locked the door in front of us while making eye contact with me. We could see through the windows there was only one table still eating - so not busy at all. Huge disappointment they don’t honor their stated closing times and also annoying they purposely ignored our calls before arriving which led us to waste more time. Couldn’t believe they were locking the door after they saw our car pull up lol smh.

Amazing food and such nice people.
Nice food.
It used to be very difficult to find a full halal sandwhich shop that has great offerings until great shops like craves opened up and my gosh. They are as great as you'd imagine . I've been going here ever since I found out they opened which was last year. The cool thing about this shop is the owner loves comic book/cartoons so you'll see many references to each item! So let's jump right into it!
Ed, edd, eddy
This sandwhich comes layered in 3 different meats. turkey , pastrami, beef salami complete with the usuals. This samdwhich is absolutely filling . The flavors compliment each other and this is the perfect sandwhich for people that love meat!
Patrick star
Fried chicken and Korean BBQ. On a sandwhich ?? Doesn't seem like a candidate for amazingness but here i am typing how great it is . The chicken is crunchy and the sauce is flavorful, maybe over flavorful which is not a bad thing !
Venom
This fantastic sandwhich is only available Saturdays
It's the only steak offerings on their menu and rightfully so. It's thinly sliced with BBQ sauce and packs a punch albeit the name venom !
Moving to the wolverine fries
This curly fries comes with fried chicken bits smothered in golden BBQ sauce and ranch . It's perfect for those that don't really want a sandwhich !
Great place to dine in. You see all the action figures, comic books, toys full on display and very quiet area .
Also the sandwhiches come in 6 or 12 inches. 12 might seem great at first but its MASSIVE so I'd say 6 inches is a safe bet unless you feel like eating sandwhich for 3 days in a row !
Sometimes it's the best, sometimes it's a wet sauce covered mess. But it's still great and I will return
