I just visited there 05/16 around 2:20 pm odered a bread, the bread was not cooked well i went back there so they can cook it little more but the manager ( according to other guy working there) with poor attitude took the box and trash it, no sorry no replacement, bad experience, poor customer service, how easy to ruin someone’s mood, food and money at same time👎🏻

I called in my order for a large Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza for my husband to pickup. He arrived at Domino’s, paid for the pizza, and they gave him what he thought I ordered. When he returned he had a large pizza with bacon and pineapples, definitely not what we ordered!!
When I called to let them know they already knew before I could explain and the guy was apologetic for the mistake. He then proceeded to tell me they will compensate me with the Cali Chicken on my next order as long as I call from my same phone number.
Well I called to redeem the replacement pizza two weeks later and I was told I had already redeemed it which I had not. When I disputed using the credit the guy stated he would have the manager reach out because he was unable to override the system.
Two weeks later I’ve yet to connect with this manager and if I could’ve given a 0 rating I would have. My suggestion is IF you buy from the mission location be sure to check your order before you leave because you could be walking away with someone else’s order!!!

People here are so rude. There is no seating, and they did not even give us any paper plates.
For our first time ordering from it was a horrible experience there was a freaking hair in our food, we called the place to complain and all the had to say is that they always check there hair before and stuff.

we were EATING this pizza it was okay until we started to find hair in the pizza it was nasty the worst first experience of ordering pizza it was curly brown hair and everyone in the fam has dark straight hair

Yo, I did the 2 topping large for 6.99, and even paid and extra dollar since its "premium topping" you guys really skimped on toppings, chicken is barely on the pizza, and the banana peppers is one piece per slice I mean wow... really guys? Your owner needs to stop being a cheap loser smh, or close the location because everytime I order from you guys it's the same thing. Oh and I asked for cheese and peppers for as I do always, and everytime, they said they don't have any. Sad owner, sad location.
