Worst experience I had on pizza delivery. Waited 3 hours. Paid online but payment got canceled. I had a card and cash on hand but manager would not let me speak when I asked to use a card again over the phone. This role seems too stressful for the manager as he wasnt letting me speak over the phone and immediately threatened to take the food back, which they did. Manager needs communication training and better listening skills instead of talking over customers.

This place is horrible. After my pizza was done in the app, I reached there and asked for the pizza. Then the employees became confused and said, We have the order but we don't have the pizza! They asked for an additional 15 minutes to make and deliver. I waited for 30 minutes and then they delivered a very salty pizza.
All the workers looked very unprofessional, never used gloves, and they were unable to answer anything when I called them later. Worst experience ever! Not going to Domino's anymore!

I order from here regularly, and our pizzas are always cooked properly with sufficient toppings. Today, for the first time, I had an issue but the manager was quick to fix it and make me feel heard. Staff is always kind.

I just visited there 05/16 around 2:20 pm odered a bread, the bread was not cooked well i went back there so they can cook it little more but the manager ( according to other guy working there) with poor attitude took the box and trash it, no sorry no replacement, bad experience, poor customer service, how easy to ruin someone’s mood, food and money at same time👎🏻

I called in my order for a large Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza for my husband to pickup. He arrived at Domino’s, paid for the pizza, and they gave him what he thought I ordered. When he returned he had a large pizza with bacon and pineapples, definitely not what we ordered!!
When I called to let them know they already knew before I could explain and the guy was apologetic for the mistake. He then proceeded to tell me they will compensate me with the Cali Chicken on my next order as long as I call from my same phone number.
Well I called to redeem the replacement pizza two weeks later and I was told I had already redeemed it which I had not. When I disputed using the credit the guy stated he would have the manager reach out because he was unable to override the system.
Two weeks later I’ve yet to connect with this manager and if I could’ve given a 0 rating I would have. My suggestion is IF you buy from the mission location be sure to check your order before you leave because you could be walking away with someone else’s order!!!
